I chose this hotel as it met the type of stay we look for that offers a great historical building, location within the city, exceptional rooms, amenities, restaurant, wifi and more. Our plan was a 2 night stay and we were only able to stay one night due to a trade show cancellation, yet we thoroughly enjoyed the calmness and help of the staff during our time there. Wonderful breakfast and a welcome upon arrival. The hotel was recommended to me after my reservations made by a person of Polish decent who comes to Warsaw on a regular basis. Their opinion is highly regarded, so I knew this was an excellent choice. We hope to return in the future.

Being in hotels in Covid time is unusual (hopefully). As the hotel was not very busy, I got a wonderful upgrade on the 2nd day which is always appreciated. I can recommend the four rooms on the third floor. The location is wonderful if you want to visit the town or go out in the evening (after work)as it is walking distance to the old Warsaw (albeit rebuilt after WW2). Breakfast is also very good. The spa is very cosy and chic (I have tested only the swimming pool)

Lovely hotel in a perfect location, peaceful area, nice with the spa and pool.
Calm rooms and a pleasant atmosphere.
The daily cleaning of the rooms could be better, some electric installations could do with some maintanance, but overall a great place. World gladly return.

Booked 7 people for two nights for team building business in Warsaw. All looking forward to the pool and sauna to refresh in the morning and after long day meetings.
Asked for pool at arrival but was informed it was closed due to change of water and not opening until the next day before 10AM - too late for morning swim.
Next day late afternoon 4 people went to swim, but now water ice-cold and sauna was likewise. Same thing next morning even after we asked for a preheating sauna.
Hotel offered no complementary service e.g breakfast, drinks, etc. even though they knew and we paid full price for everything.
Skimpy!

Hotel is very quiet & well located in the new town on periphery of the old town. A short walk to the Barbican and the Castle. Close to the river and multi media fountain; the latter is well worth watching in an evening and turn left out of the hotel to the river. The hotel is quiet, staff attentive and rooms well appointed. Classic rooms are good, spacious and are on the top floor so the roofline angles slightly but not a problem. The spa was nice and reception ask for 20 minutes to heat the sauna, the pool is nice with water and towels provided. Room service will provide fresh milk for tea and coffee which is in the room with a kettle. There is a nice large patio at the rear and seating at the front of the hotel too. Many restaurants around the hotel. Chose to eat breakfast a few minutes away from the hotel at To Lubie (another cafe next door and Costa further on). Carrefour is very close by. We are so happy we chose this hotel over others closer to Raffles as the location was so much better.

Good location . Nice pool but not warm enough . Hotel soulless . Bar area just the foyer no atmosphere. Room comfy and nice . However on arrival they took a charge of 1500 PLN ( approx £300 for a six night stay ) for extras . We had no extras as chose not to eat or drink in hotel . On checkout they said they would release the funds . I have waited 26 days for the funds to be released to find they have ‘charged’ me 200 PLN . So I have essentially paid them 40 quid to borrow my money for nearly a month . Total scam .

We travelled with two teenagers + two adults and this hotel provided enough space for all of us. Very good quality and still cozy.
Quiet lovely location next to the old town. Next to multimedia fountain park and bus stop where you can take a short drive to metro station, Narodowy station, Vistula river with restaurant boats and local life.
A couple of kilometers from the business district, also easy and walkable route. Highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed in Le Regina with family 4 nights. Great location in the center of old town. Walking distance from all good parts of the coty. Rooms are nice and comfortable size. Very quiet area.
Very clean hotel with great in room amenities. Breakfast is very good with great coffee options and cold and hot options. All together excelent hotel with very good service and value for money.

Some pleasant staff members, and nice, if expensive, hotel. However seems to attract a young party crowd who like 530 am loud TV etc so maybe don't come here if you want a restful time. (The hotel is full in summer so you cannot swap rooms if this happens)

This is a lovely property with a very convenient location. The staff is helpful and efficient. Located on a quiet street, it wasn't noisy at all and it is quite safe. I would not hesitate to recommend.
If you go through the hotel it was pricey-350 Zloty (about £70)
An Uber would be a quarter of this albeit less plush
There is hotel parking but by all accounts it's pricey -- I can't be sure since I've not used it. There is ''on street'' parking but as you know,that can be a bit hit and miss.
It was included in the price we paid. Good selection of cold food and the chef cooked omelettes to order. We had a good breakfast at the hotel & then just soup for lunch in between visiting museums.
