It is our mission to provide our community of learners with educational opportunities to acquire and develop the best possible academic, vocational, recreational, social, and participatory skills, enabling them to become valued, contributing members of a changing global society.
Philosophy of Education
We believe that Union High School has the responsibility to assist each student to develop his/her intellectual, physical, and moral potential as fully as possible so that he may be a productive member of society and lead a personally satisfying life. We believe that education is a continuing lifelong process, encouraging curiosity and creativity, and that the results of the learning process may not be immediate or measurable but of enduring value.

Congratulations to the Class of 2024! It was a night to remember. In Union’s first outdoor, night-time commencement, 1,034 seniors celebrated their big milestone, capped off with a big fireworks show at Union Tuttle Stadium on Saturday, May 18. - Updated with more video.

Using the Adobe InDesign CC software in his Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design class, senior Eli Hayes redesigned two trail booklets for the Tulsa Botanic Garden.

Union’s Special Olympic team attended the Special Olympics of Oklahoma Summer games in Stillwater, last week. The team enjoyed dorm life at OSU while they competed in the bocce competition.

This summer, Union Child Nutrition will provide FREE meals to all children under 18 years of age June 3 through August 9.

Union is committed to academic excellence. Ensuring all students graduate from high school, prepared for college or career success, guides our practice from Pre-K through 12th grade.
English Learners
Union provides English Learners a high-quality program, designed to assist students in learning English & to meet challenging state academic content & standards.
Early Childhood
Union provides a full-day, year-round program for eligible 3-year-olds, 4-year-olds and kindergarteners. Students learn language, fine arts, problem-solving and more.
STEM
Union offers a wide range of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math opportunities. Union was the 1st in Oklahoma, & among only a handful of districts nationwide, to offer STEM to students Pre-K through 12th grade.

Union's effective Community Schools model means increased attendance, reduced mobility, & improved academic success because of our partnerships.
