My little cousin reset his iPad passcode and it won’t allow us to get in using Touch ID because died and restarted last night. We can log into the Apple ID bad everything online and I know we can factory reset the ipad, but is there a way to get into it without losing the progress that’s on it? It’s an IPad mini 6. Thank yall!

Is it backed up to iCloud? There’s a process to reset the code using a computer, but you need to wipe the device to do so. You can restore using an iCloud backup though.
