Jason Gould was born Jason Emanuel Gould, on December 29, 1966, in New York City, U.S. to Elliott Gould and Barbra Streisand. He is a singer, actor, producer, director, and writer. As an actor, he has appeared in films including The Big Picture, Say Anything, Listen to Me, The Prince of Tides, and Subterfuge.

In 1991, a tabloid published a false story claiming he married another man. “It was just so grotesque to me that they could make up a story like that and claim they had seen pictures of my wedding to a man,” Jason told SFGate. “And then print this story even though I deny it.”
