I have been watching true beauty every year in january since the release in 2021. I just can't seem to get over the show, mainly because of han seo jun. My heart absolutely breaks for him and I really wanted ju kyung to end up with him instead of suho. I cried so much in ep 16 during his staircase scene at the beginning. He did so much for jukyung and supported her every time she was sad, even though he knows that her heart still belongs to suho. Don't get me wrong, suho is also very supportive, but I still feel that she should've ended up with seo jun.

I was sad for him too, I LOVED how supportive he was of everything and of how heartbroken he was when she was, her pain was clearly his and he'd do anything to fix it, even if it was detrimental to himself.
I wanted him to find someone so much but I wanted more for the relationships between the three of them to stay as it was, the bond between the three of them was solid. Another girl in the mix would have changed the dynamic and it could have been for the worst.
I wasn't a fan of him being with Lim Joo-kyung though, not since he went after her, although I was really sad for him and part of me wished she could keep both guys 😆, for his sake at least, but he became like a different person when he chased her, I personally don't like the romantic stuff, not when it feels staged and unnatural and in his case he was cool with everything and low-key and all of a sudden he reads poetry etc..? Nah, the pretty cake was enough for me. It's always best when they don't try and it comes naturally, no obvious and boring fireworks/poetry/flowers/chocolates type moves, it ruins the relationship for me sometimes when that happens.
interesting views.....I think he was originally like that before se-yeon's death and ju-kyung brought out that personality of his again with her bubbly character.
Please!! Seojun is literally the best character in true beauty. My baby deserves so much more! I've been shipping him with jugyeong so much. If I was in her place, I'd be ecstatic to have him and wait for him however long it takes. I thought that after jugyeong got together with suho, the author would give seojun his own heroine but they left my baby all alone and depressed. This is so unfair!!

Long before kdrama, I've already read the webtoon, you should read some of their scenes, jugyeong and seojun even dated there and had great chemistry🤧
I have read the webtoon......it would've been great if they included some of those scenes in the kdrama and dragged the show on for another season.........do uk anything about the release of a possible second season or about the animated version?
I have seen a post here on reddit that they are going to release an anime about it. We gotta get ready to again get our heartbreak in another adaption of seojun getting treated unfairly🤧
I just finished watching this for the first time and I completely agree with you. Seojun and Jukyung have way more chemistry, and frankly I think Seojun was just consistently better to her than Suho was. When Suho returned from america, I literally shouted "NOOOOO" lol.
