Bought a home in 2014 in NY 12306.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI am so elated to have met Lisa Rupinski to buy a home. I met her at a period where I desperately needed to find housing withing a short period of time. Despite my fears of working with a real estate agent and commissions, etc., when I initially called her, she immediately put me at ease and comfort. She also broke herself away from her own individual family requests to schedule an appointment with me at short notice. When meeting her, I was not only impressed with her professionalism, but her ability to first ask questions and listen to my responses. Over the years, I've known many real estate agents that instantly make judgement decisions with whether they want to help you, based on appearance, race, accent, etc. Lisa was just the opposite, not forming opinions of whether a house would be too big or too small for myself or for my budget and being so professional and detailed. The most touching part of meeting Lisa was feeling care. She actually cares about you. I felt it the first day and it carried throughout the home purchase process. How many real estate agents check in with you as often as possible to see if You need any help? Also, how many real estate agents will respond to a text at 11pm without getting angry? Even if Lisa did get angry, she still responded with her iconical huge smile! The smile Lisa is projecting in her picture doesn't compare to the smile that you'll receive in person. In person, it's much larger and one you can positively feel. I couldn't wait each day to check in with her to see how things were going and am so thankful that she guided me through such a stressful process with ease. If you're considering calling Lisa for guidance, selling, or buying a home, then I'm certain that you've picked the right source. Combine her strong experience and abilities to save the homeowner money (Yes, save money!!!) with care, and you'll get why many people just want Lisa to take care of everything from A to Z.
