The flag carrier of Poland, LOT Polish Airlines (LO) is headquartered in Warsaw. The airline flies to about 60 destinations, including eight within Poland. Other destinations include points across Europe, as well as cities in the Middle East, Asia and North America. Its fleet consists of aircraft with two-cabin (Business Class and Economy Class) and three-cabin (Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class) configurations. LOT is a member of the Star Alliance and has codesharing arrangements with more than 20 airlines. The airline's hub is located at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW).

Pathetic experience, they will not open check-in counters on time and delay the process of issuing boarding passes. Also, there is no online or kiosk check-in for LOT Airlines; they issued boarding passes before 30 minutes of departure, and the security check took 25 minutes. When we reached the gate in the last minute, the lady at the gate rejected our boarding even though there was a chance of boarding. There is no customer service in Berlin airport, and reaching out to their customer service center is a big joke, You need to spend at least 1 hour to talk to a customer service representative. Even talking to them is in vain because they will not resolve the issue immediately. They will raise a complaint, and it will take 1 month to resolve your issue. The biggest mistake I made in my life was booking tickets with LOT Polish Airlines, one of the worst airlines I ever traveled with.…

They canceled my family back trip after they got back home and did not give us any options except to go with different anilines. Unfortunately, the other airlines we booked with had many transits and they ended up being declined to board because they needed a schengen Visa. Terrible terrible airlines, they did not even bother to answer my emails, phone calls, or complaints. I had to pay from my own pocket to get my family to Canada. I do not recommend anybody to fly with this kinds of airlines. Tey do have cheap price but with this cheap price comes cheap service.…

This airline is really good but the girl at the front desk who was about to take the bags is very bad in behaviour my aunt was flying from delhi airport to canada and she started asking questions and also behaving like she is an immigration officer and ask the id of the person who was in canada and asked for pr card not even other id, and she also said this is a protocol what if the other person is travelling for their own, if you are not abel to provide them. What they want then they strait ask you for money, what rubbish is this behaviour like what ever you are doing give the boarding pass and deposit the luggage i wish i could give them 0 star for their poor behaviour with an old lady and asking for bribe i hope the airline takes action against them…
