I was extremely impressed with the over all experience. The facility at Baymont was very impressing. The non smoking facilities rooms smelled fabulous. The rooms were very clean. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths etc were white as snow, which is very nice! I really appreciate the small details that this facility went above and beyond to make their customers comfortable.

This is a motel with doors opening to the parking lot. For a motel, it is high quality. It is an older motel that has been almost completely remodeled recently. The exterior stucco has been the replaced. The lobby and breakfast are all new. The rooms have all new furniture, fixtures, appliances, carpet, and paint. It looks nice and clean. You can see imperfections, if you look close, so it wasn't completely gutted down to the studs. Even so, it was really nice for the money. The staff were all friendly, the beds were comfy, and there were no noises that disturbed our sleep. The breakfast was the same as most hotels, not cooked from scratch, but you can find something to get you through till lunch. It is just off exit 11 and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I will stay again.

This is my second stay at Wyndham Clarksville. My experience remains consistent: clean, quiet, professional, and well-managed. It exceeds in every aspect with regard to my experience at a comparable Sheraton property - and most important at substantially less money. I will return again.

This is our first “one” out of five review scores over 10 years of writing reviews. We stayed here because of the Trip Advisor reviews which give it high marks. We made the reservation through Wyndham as we are rewards members. We had to listen to a long litany about how they clean according to Covid protocol and reviews said “clean” which is so important to us in hotels. We arrived late and were exhausted. After a quick cursory look in a darkened room, poor lighting, we said it would do. We brought in our things. Then needed to use the bathroom and saw what looked like urine on the toilet seat. We carry sanitizer wipes but didn’t think we’d need them. But out they came and the sanitizing began. Then wiped the floor around the toilet - it was a filthy floor. We’ve walked out of hotels less dirty but then we try to never arrive late. It was just too late otherwise we would have left.
So the good points, it was quiet and we slept great - probably because we were so exhausted.
The three employees we interacted with were pleasant. I went early to get coffee-45 minutes before the official breakfast serving. I was told the coffee was brewing if I wanted to wait. Of course! No coffee maker in the rooms.
This hotel appears to cater to construction workers. We see that more and more and we are GRATEFUL for them! But they bring in construction dirt so hotels MUST clean extra.
We carry our own breakfast so don’t eat unless they serve hot food such as eggs, bacon or sausage. The only hot food were waffles. The orange/fruit juice dispenser was broken or out of order.
I hated writing this as I never want to be disparaging. But I am also honest in them. That’s why I had to add in the good points.

Baymont and possibly Wyndham have lost my business. About a month ago I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at the 1112 TN-76, Clarksville, TN 37043 location. I'm usually the person that understands and tries to accommodate when a business has issues as we all understand things happen, but I can't let this one go due to issues it caused medically and the impact it had my friends performance. I called the hotel earlier in the day and let them know we would be running late, the women I then spoke with on the phone let me know that would be okay. She said that I just needed to check in by 3 AM. However, once we arrived I found this was half words.

Due to my own medical issues and the broken ankle of another member traveling with us, we took our time. However when we did arrive about 130 AM we were met by an amazing employee, but a terrible manager. When we went to check in, our issues started. When we tried to pay for the room, but we're unable too. I was then told that since we were too late, we had already been charged one one night stay for each room, then we would need to pay still for the 2 nights we wanted to stay. When I said we would not be able to do this. I was told there was nothing that could be done. After the employee tried to do everything he could, I asked to speak with the manger who shot down all of his ideas, and Amanda Davis the hopeful temporary manager was unwilling to do anything to help us. And was even unwilling to speak with me even though they had my money. I take that back, we spoke for a few on speaker phone, she then asked to be taken off. She was also unsure at time when she would be in so we could speak. After also saying, I could see these check in rules online...which you can't. So after almost 2 hours of this, and my exhaustion and pain taking over along with my associates ankle swelling to the point he might not be able to preform the next day we gave in and found the only room in town. Which was too small, had roaches, flys, and negatively impacted the performance of my associates at their performance the next day. They were tired and in pain on what should have been a day of celebration. They spent the day in the hot sun putting in work, but also taking sneak away taking breaks to catch a few moments of rest from the 91 degree weather. They were also so drained and in so much pain by the time it was their turn to preform their 6 song set had to be cut down to 2. And why did all of this happen? Because of the lack of empathy from Amanda Davis. Baymont, Wyndham I hope you pleas reevaluate whom you place in management. The Gentlemen upfront seems to be a better option in my opinion.

The staff that we met were personable, courteous and professional; however, the facility was atrocious which explained the caliber of visitors that we observed. We have stayed in other Baymont and Wyndham properties in the past, which is why we felt confident in booking this location. Upon arrival, we encountered a man who seemed to be inebriated and was loudly cursing about something that had happened in the hotel. When we approached our room we were greeted by a roach coming from the vicinity of our room. The furniture was tattered, not just worn. The furnishings were streaky, as though it had been wiped down in areas with a damp cloth without any cleaner. The carpeting had seen better days. There were streaks of what appeared to be feces on the bathroom wall. This was just to name a few. The room was just, not very clean. Thank goodness for disinfecting wipes and spray. Had we been staying any longer, we would have left. I understand that the hotel industry has suffered staffing issues resulting from the pandemic, but this was a bit much.

Arrived late at night due to travel issues during the trip. Reserved and prepaid for the room through Priceline. When we arrived totally exhausted, the front desk refused to give us the room we had already paid for because they said we arrived past check-in time (which is 3 pm - who arrives at 3 pm??). Nowhere on the website does it have a check-in time range. Called Priceline to complain and they called the manager at the hotel, but he refused to refund us what we paid for the room saying we were a no show. I said we did show but was not allowed to stay in the room. Manager of hotel wouldn't budge, so I complained to the corporate office of Wyndham. They said they couldn't so anything since their properties are independently owned.

Guess what chain we won't ever book a room with again!

Front desk personnel competent and pleasant. Room was clean (except for a strange stain in the tub; and the clock needs to be fixed). Great breakfast - both hot and cold items: biscuits, gravy, eggs, french toast sticks, cereal, etc.

We just needed a convenient place to stop on our way home from FL. We got in very late, but the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. My main concern whenever staying at any hotel is the cleanliness and this hotel did not disappoint. The room definitely looked like it had been recently updated and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and my family had a great night's sleep. It was also quiet, which is also very important to me. My husband went down in the morning to get coffee and it also happened to be the first day they were offering hot breakfast again. He only had coffee and yogurt, but said every staff member he encountered was outgoing and pleasant. We had a much better experience at this hotel which cost almost half as much as the terrible hotel we stayed in on the way to FL. I would definitely book here again.

Stayed with the kids while packing up for military move. Beds were soft and comfy. Rooms were nicely updated and was nice that it was totally non-smoking. Morning breakfast was good. this location was not in the busy area of exit 4, so traffic wasn't crazy. It was fairly quiet. Would definitely recommend.
