Mary Aviles Common Sense Media This soapy story has plenty of attention-getting elements -- a forbidden relationship, high society young people, illegal fights, car racing, gambling, and gangs. Rated: 2/5 Jul 27, 2023 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews If this is your kind of teen rom-com, it's not my fault. Rated: C Jul 4, 2023 Full Review Juan Pablo Russo EscribiendoCine The lack of deep psychological character development and bland dialogue contribute to a completely unsatisfying movie experience. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 4/10 Jun 12, 2023 Full Review John Serba Decider The characters are insipid and rudimentary, crudely carved from the granite of countless hoary cliches. Jun 9, 2023 Full Review M.N. Miller Ready Steady Cut While González ramps up a significant amount of heat here, the frequent tone shifts, lack of focus, and cheesy, Velveeta-like dialogue are too much for the likable young leads to overcome in such an overblown, soapy picture. Rated: 2.5/5 Jun 8, 2023 Full Review Lucas Hill-Paul Daily Express (UK) Unfortunately, the toxic romance between bad boy Nick (played by Gabriel Guevara) and his new step-sister Noah (Nicole Wallace) doesn’t quite work in translation. Chris D This movie was slightly enjoyable, but only because of the videography and incest. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/02/24 Full Review toni m as a lover of the 'After' series, and recently watched the spanish movie trilogy called 'Through My Window' (which wasn't great) i seem to really gravitate towards these teen romance movies anyway and find myself being a hopeless sucker for the 'bad boy turning softer for a girl but will still be dangerous and do anything to protect her' troupe. My Fault definitely harnesses all of those things, with action, spice, car chases and a forbidden love. however few cringey scenes or dialogues there were, this movie had me absolutely fixated, Noah and Nicks chemistry and tension was straight up fire, intoxicating and at times delicate and beautiful. it brought the heat, beauty, and heart all in one. it's worth a watch, i enjoyed it way more than i expected and i'm excited for the second movie coming out in June! 🖤 a solid 8/10 from me! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/22/24 Full Review Claire S Predictable but cute. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 05/05/24 Full Review Vika Z My fault The film titled "My Fault" is a Spanish romantic film, which was the debut of director Dominez Gonzalez. This film is based on a story by Mercedes Ron. The film debuted on the Amazon platform in the summer of 2023. During the first three days of viewing, he demonstrated some of the best viewing figures in the history of the service. The main roles were played by actors of predominantly Spanish origin. This is Nicole Wallace as the main character, Gabriel Guevara, who played the role of Nick. In addition, Marta Hazas, Eva Ruiz, Fran Berenger also starred here. It's a banal story, like many others, but they managed to develop everything very well, apart from the incredible chemistry, which only intensifies as the film progresses. I liked how well the car racing scenes were executed, and they taught them how to drift really well, which further enhances the effect because it is more realistic. What to say about the plus and minus , the plus: 1) Gorgeous actors 2) Plot twists 4) Beautiful location 5) Action racing. Minus: there are none for me. I will definitely recommend this movie. The movie is just fire! Especially the main actors are great. The plot seemed quite interesting to me, about the love of a stepbrother and sister, I have not seen this yet. The actors played their roles superbly, showed strong sympathy between each other. There are also very beautiful shots, from which it is impossible to break away. The ending is maddening, I did not expect such a turn in any way. I also want to highlight one point that the plot may seem ordinary at first, but over time it develops and the viewer will no longer be able to tear himself away from watching. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/22/24 Full Review Yasmin T This is a cliché story like many others, but they managed to develop everything very well, beyond the incredible chemistry that only improves as the film unfolds. I loved how the car racing scenes were well executed, and they taught them to drift really well, which enhances it even more because it's more realistic. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/09/24 Full Review Soumya M Nothing special. A pass-time movie. The story was quite dumb. Didn't love it or hate it.
