Joined by The Offspring – pretty fly if we may say so

Having trouble trying to sleep? Are you counting sheep but they’re running out? (If you don’t immediately recognise those lyrics, then you can stop reading now, and just know that we’re very disappointed in you). But jokes aside, the legendary garage rock band Green Day is coming to Dubai for the first time ever on January 27, 2025. Get your pre-sale tickets here.

This is the first time the Rock & Roll Hall of Famers will play in the Middle East, ever, and Expo City has capacity of 30,000 people, all of whom will hopefully be howling along to American Idiot.

But if that wasn’t enough, supporting the trio is yet another California classic punk band spitting lyrics of teenage angst and paranoia, The Offspring. Hell to the yes – we are pumped. Time to channel your peroxide dyed, mid 90s frustrations in a sea of sleeveless button up shirts and spiked bracelets.

Pre-sale tickets go live this week, starting at AED 445, with golden circle seats available for AED 595. Fan Pit tickets will set you back AED 1,195, and VIP hospitality lounge tickets cost AED 3,000.

Both the Green Day and The Offspring have encapsulated, if not created, what is the quintessential distortion sound of the 1990s high school and skateboard culture, and continue to play the airwaves today.

See you there.
