每两周我都会在这里住一下，但这次是我最糟糕的一次体验（尽管我支付了往常的两倍价格），可能是因为酒店住满了？我想要从勤俭等级提升到正常等级，很显然他们并没有给我这个选择权。房间维护-已经损害了的椅子以及下水道被堵塞了的厕所。抽水马桶每分钟都会被填满几秒钟，大约是（泄漏？）噪音区域-酒店的后面有一条双行道，在晚上会有大型的垃圾收集。我要求不要一间面对着酒店背后的房间，却只得到一个忽视。

总的来说，这家酒店比不上Premier Inn。问题出在房间里，而且晚上也没什么地方可以去休闲的，餐厅的服务也很差，食物的价格高得吓人...绝对是最后一次入住Travelodge，最后一次入住这家酒店了!!!

对于需要在ExCel展览中心度过一天的我们来说，住在Excel旅游宾馆是个完美的选择。在宾馆停车，每24小时花费8英镑，除非展览中心正在举行大型的活动，否则那里总有足够的停车位。早饭每顿7磅，是自助式的，有热菜有凉菜的自助餐。有点过于简单，不过结合早饭价格来说还是能令人满意的，我们都吃饱了。房间干净，不过有点寒冷，因为当我们抵达时房间的窗户是开着的（对二月的伦敦这可不是个好主意）。不过当我们打开了暖气之后房间很快就暖和起来了。前台接待员们都很友善，乐于助人。总之，住在这里我们很满意，而且这里如预期一般是一家经济型的宾馆。

我在三个不同的场合被臭虫咬伤了，我发表了评论，但是甚至没有人来说抱歉。房间有股难闻的味道，还有走廊也是，正门处有张玻璃门坏了，就在停车的位置，而且已经坏了整整6周了。我在别的地方从来没有碰到过这样的问题，我必须要说，其他地方的服务和清洁程度更好，更重要的是，没有臭虫叮咬。

这家酒店的位置很好，处于中心的绝佳位置。隔壁房间的装修工程使得白天这里非常吵，还有周围的过道很泥泞不堪。工作人员把酒吧和咖啡馆打扫得很干净，这里有很多食物和饮料可以选。卧室很脏，而且完全没看到吸尘器。 浴室的自动洗手液盒也不好用了。总的来说住的还是比较满意。

No shops nearby, there was a vending machine in the hotel and the staff at the bar maybe able to sell you milk.
There are other hotels next door so you maybe able to go there to see if they sell anything. There is a large Chinese restaurant opposite to, that may have some.
I think if you have a booking reference you will get a response from the main call number- they are pretty good.
Yes, turn right out of Travel lodge follow the road for about 350 yards and it's right in front of you,( left side for trade entrance,right for public and food hall) 👍
