Had a excellent experience at Harrahs on my last visit. Very enjoyable atmosphere and environment. Spent the night playing slots and did pretty decent would recommend Harrahs of Philadelphia to anyone visited the surrounding area.

It's a good place to go if you can't travel to Atlantic City. Good variety of slots and table games start a 5$. Needs a good cleaning, mostly because people are not mindful and throw everything on the floor. Food 24/7, alcohol stops at 2 am but non alcohol drinks are complimentary 24/7.

I had a nice time until I had a bad experience with an employee. The machines barely paid out. There were people loitering around asking for cigarettes and money. The atmosphere did not feel that safe. I was unsure of my safety felt like people where watching my play. Felt as if homeless people where just loitering around.

If you're visiting to have some fun, it is the wrong place. Tou may as well just hand over $1k when you walk in the door, because you'll lose it in less than a half hour ($2-$3 bet increments). The slots are rigged to o ly pay Seven Stars and Diamond members. There are no appreciation gifts or free slot dollars to players. Terrible place to visit.

Totally sucks
Went there June 27 to play blackjack
A limited amount of tables open all at $25 minimum
Weren’t allowed to “stand” behind the tables at a safe distance. Waited for 1/2 hour and were told to stand somewhere else. I will not return.

DANGER! Social distancing is impossible with narrow aisles, and not enforced at table games. Players can, and do, remove masks to smoke and drink. This is a breeding ground for Covid-19 as many, many customers were not wearing masks after entering. There are no partitions between slot machines, which are definitely not six feet apart. This is an abomination of the law and this casino should be closed and fined heavily. The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance workers were vigilant and tried to keep everything clean. However, they cannot stop the spread of germs from gamblers choosing not to wear a mask. Expect an increase in the virus, compliments of Harrah’s disregard for public safety.

I attended Harrahs casino in Chester PA, and I enjoyed myself. The dealers were terrific and showed great enthusiasm as if they really care about job and making people happy. Also it was very clean and table games and slots were easy and accessible to find.

Pleasant and exciting environment. Staff members are nice. They need to be more proactive in stopping smoking in the smoke free areas. More vigilance needed to keep smoke free areas free of smokers.

One of the male workers in the marketplace was irrongant. I had a mobile app saying get $10 off of $20 and I accepted if and the male worker said he was suppose to accept it because I could use it again that night. I told him it didn't say that he had to accept it. He was arguing with me. It so upsetting.

People need to climb off their high horse stool with the smoking complaints. There are CLEARLY marked areas of smoking and non smoking. I don’t smoke, The place is so bug you can’t even smell smoke. Plus, if you had your mask on you won’t be smelling anything anyways. Get over your selves with the stuck up complaints or stay home and play online.
It’s clean and has food for a quick bite to eat And free parking. Beats the alternative to drive to AC.

I would like to know what your specific need is regarding the casino. You refer to vouchers; please be more specific.
Would that be a menu; a location to entertain; a restaurant
or an entertainment offered by the casino. There is parking immediately connected to the casino; free. There is racing,
a betting area for that and a full floor of casino gambling.
You would do well to acquire a casino card in your name or the names of your guests; it is free.. There are promotions but that is offered after you become members
