Jimmy Roberts

Born James Otis Roberts Jr. 31/August/1948, Suffolk, Virginia - United States, saxophonist, composer and lyricist. He is focused on creating music that is not only soulful but music that comes from the heart and makes listeners conscious of their spiritual need. Most noted for working with stars such as Rod Stewart, Etta James, The Eurythmics, Rob Mullins, Derek Bordeaux, Sade, Randy Jacobs, David Benoit, Greg Karukas, and the group Big Advice.

In the 1970s, he was a member of Canadia jazz rock bands, Truck, and then later Young.
