Great staff and the food here was really AMAZING! I was there for meetings and they catered our meals and it is some of the best food I've had, The vegetables and salads were fresh and not overcooked. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our group comfortable. I was a meeting attendee, but I'm thinking about what meeting/conference I can host here, because the experience was stellar! My only comment is that the lobby and meeting rooms were FREEZING! We all wore coats to the meetings.

We actually booked our stay here as stop to break up a long drive on a return trip from a family vacation. We had an awful experience at another Hilton brand hotel on the way down and decided we needed to find a different place to stay on the way back. We hd stayed at this Embassy Suites location before and had a good experience so decided it would be a good almost halfway point and booked a room. From the moment we checked in, we were quickly greeted at the desk, and the staff was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Right away they explained that some services would be limited like their restaurant and room service are not up and running at the moment, and housekeeping would not be up to refresh towels/linens during our stay (only stayed 1 night so this was fine). We were told we could visit the front desk for towels/blankets/etc that we may need. The managers reception still offered great drinks- but there was no food set out. My son was looking forward to having a snack but it was not a big deal. Breakfast was still a good spread for a hotel but they did not have any of the made to order stations and they slightly scaled back hot/cold items from what you would find at a Pre-Covid Embassy Suites. The hot tub has been filled in since our last stay at this location, but the pool area was still nice and my son enjoyed it. Overall our room was clean and comfortable, service was great, and I appreciated the upfront information about the limited services. We almost always stay at Embassy Suites when traveling with our children because it’s always a pretty good experience and I feel they offer more than other hotels for the price- this location did not disappoint. Thanks for a great stay!

This Hampton inn has very nice employees who try their hardest to provide good service beyond that, there is nothing worth mentioning that would be worthwhile regarding this hotel and let me explain why.

Upon arrival to my room the lighting is mediocre and the furniture as well it’s depressing the mattresses are very hard but thanks to the staff they were able to provide extra padding to cushion the firmness.

Now I have stayed at other embassy suites and they were by far very nice like the one in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The Philadelphia location is in an industrial area so who would think that this would be a very nice hotel but it is. it’s highly used and they to provide for, keep it up-to-date as well as provide a very engaging happy hour with free wine and beer and plenty of value added snacks and foods. This is where the Franklin Embassy suites was very depressing. you come down to the lobby where they have the happy hour service and you’re offered juice and soft fountain drinks and for snacks they had nachos and salsa an empty tray of fruits a big bowl of yogurt and a few other bowls filled with goldfish and gummy bears.

The town of Franklin is upscale everything around it is very well appointed and l min Jiuu Jim modern but this Embassy suites stands out like a sore thumb it’s got a nice exterior can you walk inside and you feel like you’ve stepped back into time with imitation wood paper cover chipboard furniture and just the feel of very cheap linens drapes sofas and a very tiny desk. I was even surprised to see that while going through the channels it was HBO selection but no signal for these channels which means they were not subscribe to. I was going to stop the next morning to have breakfast but it didn’t really appeal to me and everybody looked so depressed in the lobby where they were eating but I just decided I’ll go and have their shuttlp to take the men that were with us to their destinations first which was further away and so I ended up being late and again A little disappointed. L

After the after that first check in, lthe moment I called down to the front desk advising that I had a change in my business plans and let them know that I won’t be staying a second night they were very cordial about it and I appreciated that but this hotel was very reminiscent of just something out of a very depressing book.

This property gives the impression of barely staying open. It's somewhat understandable during these trying times and it seems to be reflected in the discounted pricing you can find just about every night of the week.

We stayed over a Sunday night and the property was probably at about 10% occupancy. No evening cocktails or morning breakfast were offered and we were told that it was because there weren't enough people staying there to make it worthwhile. The gift shop and bar remained closed during our stay. All of this makes sense during the pandemic.

At the same time, there are some areas where you can't scrimp. The parking lot is full of leaves that fell a few months ago, along with several pieces of garbage, and the grass needs mowing. When we took a dip in the pool we saw used towels left on just about every chair in the area as if it had been a day or two since it was serviced. Our tub had hairs in it that didn't belong to us, and the bedside phone was covered with dust. These details definitely undermine all the COVID-related cleanliness branding.

Long story short, if a hotel would normally cost $180 and you can book it for $110 you know there must be a reason.

The staff at this hotel are extremely nice and helpful, including one incredibly hard-working woman who took care of all our convention needs. I like the atrium in the center; however...it's sort of a design that should be great but doesn't quite work out that way. Each room starts with a living suite with windows into the hallway, small bar across from the bathroom, full bath, and then a bedroom with windows outside. But in reality if you may not be comfortable with people walking by a few inches from your window, you immediately shut the curtains to the hallway, turning the suite into a cave that even with all the lights on, always seemed dim to me. This may not bother other people.
The restaurant was shut down (probably Covid induced staff shortages, because the food provided for convention luncheons and banquet was excellent!) and there was no vending, gift shop closed, so aside from some bags of chips for sale at the front desk there was absolutely nothing to eat and no type of restaurant or store within a 1 1/2 mile walk. Happy hour with free drinks (yay!) but no snacks.
The rooms for the conventions were perfectly fine and the staff could adjust them after luncheons in record time. The pool seemed nice, indoor, no jacuzzi. The exercise room is adequate but no towels, wipes and the clock needs a battery. Ice machines work on only three floors (there's a sign to direct you if your floor isn't one of them). Two of the three monitors in the business center turned out to not be plugged in; once they were, one worked fine but the other made an annoying noise that couldn't be dealt with since the keyboard did not work.
The breakfast at least had a great supply of coffee and some variety, though items like mini pancakes and french toast sticks tasted days old. The efficient made-to-order omelets, however, were totally delish! Do not miss them.

Despite the hotel’s additional efforts to comply with Extra cleanliness due to Covid, our room was yucky. It smelled like cat pee and smoke. The room was poorly lit and very worn. For 4 people, we had 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels. We didn’t have enough toilet paper or tissues. It’s almost as if the hotel knows their rooms are nasty, so they are offering “Pure” rooms, where the air is filtered and nothing smells! I wish we had gotten one of those rooms! The pool looked dirty. Empty beer bottles were dispersed in potted plants. At breakfast, I never saw staff cleaning the tables. What used to be a wonderful breakfast, is now mediocre with a limited selection. We came here years ago thinking they had one, and they said they no longer had one, yet they are still advertising it on their website.

My husband and I have been big fans of Embassy Suites for the past 3 decades. This particular hotel is poorly maintained. There is litter at the entrance, dirty towels are left in the halls. We also saw a plunger left in the hall along with dirty towels. Our bathroom sink was clogged. After the clog was cleared, the sink was left dirty. I did not see any housekeeping staff during our 4 night stay. When I asked for clean towels, one day I was told to stop by the front desk to get towels. Another day, I requested clean bath towels in the early eve & I was told that they were not ready, “just yet.” Our dirty towels were not picked up and our trash was not emptied during our 4 day stay. Unlike other hotels within the Hilton Group, there was no information about housekeeping services. On the first morning of our stay, the breakfast offerings were scant. In addition, the milk machine was out of order, as well as the beverage machine. The “creamer” provided for coffee was limited to packets of powdered creamer. After the first morning we went out for breakfast for the remaining 3 days. We saw many hotel guests having breakfast at local restaurants. I understand that Covid has impacted the hotel industry, but this hotel seems to have become a bare bones, self help type of facility. During the pandemic, we had a 2 night stay at an Embassy Suites in another state while we relocated. The we were very satisfied. The breakfast was scaled back, but there was a wide range of both hot and cold foods to chose from. Prior to writing my review, I looked at the photos of Embassy Suites and I was startled by the difference. I used the word “sad” in the title of my review, because that’s how I felt as a 4 night hotel guest at the Embassy Suites in Nashville/Cold Springs.

I really enjoyed this hotel and the large ballroom we used for our company convention. The free breakfast made it easy to eat in the morning and head right into our various sessions. The staff was very pleasant, and the afternoon happy hour with free snacks was nice too. The cost is a bit higher than some of the other hotels in the area, even with our convention discount. I would recommend staying here if the cost is not an issue with your budget. Local eating establishments are less than a mile away if you do not want to eat at the hotel restaurant each day.

I accompanied my husband to a six-day business conference at the Embassy Suites Franklin TN. We arrived later than most facilitators (8pm) but even so when we opened the door to our room, we were shocked to see piles of dirty laundry on the floor and dirty sheets on the bed as well as full trash cans. When my husband went back to the desk, the clerk gave him a bag of snacks and water and called housekeeping. Although all our luggage was still on the cart, the male housekeeper asked questions that seemed as though he thought this was somehow our fault, i.e. were we suppose to check in the next day, did we make these piles on the floor, etc. Neither housekeeper apologized. We were told there would be no housekeeping for the room until the fourth day unless we asked 24 hours in advance. We stayed six nights and NEVER had any attention to our room! I had to go get more towel sets and coffee supplies. The trash was overflowing everywhere by the time we left. This is especially disconcerting because we were on the 9th floor, supposedly a “Premium Floor.” I hope this was uncharacteristically bad service, but you might want to be cautious at check-in and state your preferences for housekeeping services up front!

I am rating this a 3 overall because my husband said the conference rooms and service in those rooms was good.

I want to begin by saying the staff at the hotel was friendly and courteous and there’s a lot to be said for that!! They even had my room ready earlier than expected!
However. The overflowing trash cans on each floor and at the pool were obviously unattended for days, with trash stacked around them and on the floor. The ice machines were broken. Our room was never cleaned, except when we checked in, but the sticker system they are using leaves residue on every door frame and door and it’s just ugly. When I called the front desk for bed linens for the hide-a-bed, which are usually in a room with a spare bed, I was told there were none. Not even a spare blanket. The gift shop that’s on the web page was very obviously closed since quarantine began with soda coolers inside that had faded labels, and no sign of it being opened soon. The floor in the eating area was consistently sticky, even during non meal times. I called about the shower having no pressure, but that concern wasn’t at all addressed, and water came out at a trickle and took 15 minutes to drain a bath. Overall, I wasn’t impressed and would be hard pressed to come back. The fit and finish is just not there and for the price I paid, would expect more. Update the interior and make sure the staff has adequate support to get their jobs done.
