Alex Albon
Williams Racing Formula One Driver
Alex was a clear talent from the get-go, starting his karting career at the age of 8. He had unparalleled success, finishing in the top 3 of every championship between 2006 and 2011.

His success came against familiar names in the current F1 paddock like Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen, where Alex showed his prowess by becoming a multiple champion at the British and European levels of karting.

Ever since 2012, Alex has been in single-seaters, showing what he can do in a Formula series. In 2014, he got 3rd overall in the 2014 Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup. Only 2 years later, he was the 2nd-place finisher in the 2016 GP3 Series.

In 2018, with 4 wins, 7 podiums, and 3 poles, Alex finished 3rd overall in the Formula 2 Championship. The next year, he made his debut in Formula 1 for Scuderia Toro Rosso at the 2019 Australian Grand Prix. After an impressive rookie season, he was promoted to Red Bull Racing for the Belgian Grand Prix onwards.

Alex got his maiden podium at the 2020 Tuscan Grand Prix, and he found himself on the podium again that season at the Bahrain Grand Prix.

He joined the Williams Racing family in 2022, where he has become a reliable points-scorer.
