Brutal aka Blackwater Valley Serial Killer is an intense horror film. A deputy and sheriff are confused as to what's been going on in their normally peaceful town. After much investigation, the deputy realizes that she is next on the killer's list. The sheriff goes mad when he hears this news, because all along he's been having an affair with the deputy. The serial killer plans a grotesque and brutal murder for the deputy, but he ends up setting his sights onto the sheriff.
