I did not get email (password reset link)form npse for online trading
At 1st there was a mail id mistaken from the broker company and i requested to correct it and i believe they did sitll there is no mail poping up in my mail box after forgetting process. I dont know where i have to contact i have also tried in contact number found in internet but as all know NO phone received i daily open tms and and try to get mail doing forget password reset bla bla

Other than few all this broker tms service is of no use in this small country like Nepal ,the broker company themselves don’t know how to make there site eligible for online service effective. Only they know how to eat rice and make the people fool who is investing money to buy or sell share by holding there fund. This is really painfull and shameful.tms 16 is of no use. Don’t get fool by making online tms in tms16
Same experience. I’d applied online TMS through broker 54 few days ago but didn’t get anything till yesterday and went to broker office to enquire about my TMS account. They handed me a form to fill up and submit and asked for some documents. So the hell is that online TMS if I should go to the broker office and fill up the form??

1)Buy and sell should be fast. BUYING IS SO FAST but while selling is delaying for the payment. So manage it On-time.In other countries this facilities is very fast within a few minutes.
2} Buy is successful but there is no any information from broker office.
3)All the works should be done digitally.
