La comida como de esperar espectacular, la verdad que se pasa divino en familia, un ambiente muy acojedor, el servicio muy bueno, lo unico creo que es a la hora de entrada que hay que esperar un poco aunque tengas citas, pero esta bien, en días festivos claro uno no sabe cuanto puedan demorar las personas conversando y tal, todo lo demas le doy 10000 puntos🥰

Horrible experience. I have dined here several times including on certain holidays and this by far was a disaster. Reservations were for 630 pm and finally at 700pm we were seated. They sat us in the back beyond the kitchen area despite my request of seating close to the salad area. The mashed potatoes, bread, fries and bananas were cold. They never brought my son the drink he requested. The lobster bisque was cold. Only one server with the meat came to our table twice. I had to look for the manager and inform him of the situation and that is when we started to receive service and food. It was a horrible experience

This was my favorite experience at a Brazilian style steakhouse and first time dining at a Texas de Brazil. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday who has a tree nut allergy. I had noted it on the reservation and they knew about it when we arrived. The manager and server informed us what contained nuts, what desserts could have cross contamination and which were 100% nut free. The manager also stopped by to check on our table and asked us if there were any particular cuts of meat we wanted sent out and the doneness level of the meat. That was great as more of that was offered at our table. The server was also great she checked in on us frequently and answered our questions and brought out a candle with my husband's dessert and we sang Happy Birthday for him. All the food was delicious the sides, the meats and the dessert. Oh also their Cabernet Sauvignon was good

We took my father in law for his Birthday, and normally he is a very picky person, but he loved this place. He did not have anything but good things to say about his experience. We loved the food, the attention, the courtesy of everyone that served us. In all we loved the whole experience. We would definitely go back and take more family members. Thank you! 😊

This restaurant is beautiful and the staff was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. We needed meat with little or no salt on it and they made some especially for our table.

Hello, I loving coming here with my family to have lunches or dinner together. But, Sunday 04/28/2024. I reserved my reservation on the OpenTable app super easy & quick. But, when we arrived the lady at the front desk hosting was rude. Upon arrival! We got sat a table that was to small so I wanted to sit more by the front a table had just left and I asked if it was possible to be able to sit there. She said “so you don’t wanna sit over there?” She pointed at the table that was too small for 6. I said no then told me I had to wait 10 mins so they can come clean the table. With no rush. To me that’s bad customer service in such a fine dining place. Either a party of 6. I didn’t like that.

The worst service and manager I’ve ever dealt with. I flew to Miami for my birthday celebration and decided to eat at this establishment to celebrate. Upon sitting down, we were greeted by a great female server. However, once we turned our cards over to green, we barely saw any meat servers and when they did come by it was the same two meats. At one point, the meat server asked me for special request. It was greatly appreciated but how can I put any special orders in if I’ve been served the same 2 meats and know what to request? The female server that greeted my table tried her best to get the meats over to our table but when she did that it was also the same meats we already had. We did request a list of the meats and that also never came. A server walked by with a meat we wanted to try and walked to every other table around me and just ignored our table. I said excuse me a couple times to try to get their attention but they kept walking away to every other table. That was the final straw. When the manager was asked to come to the table, he was very dismissive and talked down to us. At that point, I didn’t even want to finish my meal. I just wanted to leave and wanted the check. The manager Juan basically threw the check at me and walked away. Totally disrespectful to throw a check at a female. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting behavior. I will not never walk into this restaurant again. Not only did me and my bf go home hungry, I was blatantly disrespected. This place will never get a dime out of me again.

The meat tasted terrible and it was inedible. I left it all on my plate. It tasted like it had been frozen over for days and had a terrible aftertaste that picanha should not have. The food came out before the server could even bring us plates or water. We had to advise that we needed plates to put the food on. The server didn’t offer us a wine list and essentially forgot about us up until the very end when he seemed friendliest while offering desserts. Additionally… I don’t think I’m imagining things but it didn’t seem exceptionally LGBT friendly, as an employee there and several patrons stared at us, quite rudely, as we held hands at the table. I’m only giving 2 stars because of the meat server that would bring us everything we requested.

I love this Texas de Brazil. I have been to the one in Miami Beach & the service was not great. Yet, this one at Dolphin Mall never disappoints! The service, food, and ambiance is always great! Definitely recommended.

I’ve been coming to this Texas De Brazil for the last 15 years since I was 7 years old for my birthday etc. it looked run down and I asked for a private area but was sat with 2 other parties. We had to ask for water plates etc. I was not satisfied at all and neither was my party of 8.
