What is Fanсentro?

Fanсentro is an online platform that allows you to monetize your social media and your unique content through subscriptions or other options such as clips, personal messaging unlocks, and live streams.

I made a Creator account, now what?

Once you create your account, you will be presented with steps to launch your page and start earning with it. These steps can be completed in any order, but we recommend going through them as they are shown on your dashboard.

Your profile is what your potential subscribers will see when browsing our directory. It is important to use high-quality avatars and cover images to attract attention and encourage clicks to your page.

If you want to be featured in our directory, your profile must comply with our guidelines. No sexually suggestive content should be present on your profile photos.

Once you added your avatar and page cover, you need to set up your Profile description. A clear description will help your subscribers understand the type of content you will be creating and what they can expect from their subscription. This will make it easier for your subscribers to find you in the Fancentro Directory by using keywords and filters.

Filling in all of your Social Media links will help you gain more followers and build a trusted relationship with your fans while also promoting your Fancentro profile.

Pricing plans and Perks

When you are done editing your Fancentro profile, you can start to setting up your Pricing plans. This can alternatively be done on My Page → Pricing plans.

Our pricing plan system allows you to sell access to a wide variety of features through our Perks. These Perks can include subscriptions to your private social accounts, your Fancentro Feed, bonus content such as custom videos or photosets, and much more.l exclusive subscriptions to the content posted directly to your Fancentro profile.

When you want to create a plan, you can mention the price and duration of the subscription. For instance, if you wish to set up a 1-month pricing plan for your Feed for $30, you need to go to My Page → Pricing Plans. Here, you have to set the price, include Feed as a perk, and choose the option "Bill Monthly".

Furthermore, you now have the option to set up a Free Trial subscription offer. To do that, make sure to click on the Advanced options > + Add free trial button in the subscription offers section:

Plan setup will require you to fill out the following fields: subscription name, price, and day(s) of free access.

Our platform also allows you to apply different sales-boosting techniques like discounts and cancellation offers. Discounts can be either permanent or offered for a limited time. The discount amount, as well as the duration of the offer, can be changed by marking the checkbox in the offer menu.

A retention offer is applied when one of your subscribers decides to end their subscription. They will be offered the option to re-subscribe with this additional discount:

The option to tip is enabled by default. This is a way to earn extra revenue and engage with your followers by providing them with exclusive content in exchange for their tips.

Managing your subscribers

After activating pricing plans, your fans will start buying subscriptions to your profile. You can manage all your subscribers on your Dashboard.

A Dashboard is a tool that allows you to manage your subscribers and monitor essential information about your profile. Let's go over the basics of using the Dashboard:

On your Dashboard, you will receive notifications about new subscribers to your profile. The subscribers who have purchased your subscription and are awaiting to be added to your premium Social account will be marked as green.

When you have added a subscriber, you need to mark them as added by clicking the check icon next to their username on the Dashboard. Those subscribers will disappear from your dashboard and will be moved to the Active Subscribers in Fans & Groups.

Expired subscribers will be marked red on your Dashboard - you need to manually remove them from your premium Social account. Once you do that, mark them on the Dashboard and they will be moved to the Expired subscribers.

If a new subscriber cannot be found by the username on the Dashboard, you can ask them to correct their username by clicking (swiping left on the phone) the “Wrong username” icon. An automatic email will be sent to them and after they correct their username, they will be shown on your Dashboard again with the updated username.

To keep you notified about the activity on your dashboard, you can enable notifications in the Notification Center (Settings → Notifications). You can choose whether the notifications are sent to your email or your telegram account. You can also customize the frequency of the notifications and which events to notify you about.

Fancentro Clips

You can use all the videos you've saved on Fancentro can be used as a clip. For potential buyers, clips will appear as a separate tab on your profile and can be sold individually. When you add a clip, it will be added to our general clips library, so when a user looks for a video to buy, your saved content will be available for them.

Fancentro stories

This option will give you the ability to create stories and add them directly to your page in the same way you might've seen them on Instagram.

Stories have a dedicated tab in the Page Content menu for quick access.

You can also add a new story directly from your Dashboard. Click on the plus icon and select "Add to the story".

To create your first story, you can either click on your avatar icon or on the dedicated button that you can find on the right side of the page. You can select a photo or video file from your camera roll or your computer (if you are on the desktop) to post to your stories, or open your camera and take a picture or video to use for the story.

Quick note - Be sure to keep the video files that you are going to use for stories under one minute in length.

As soon as the file you've added to your story is uploaded and processed, you have the option to check how it would look before posting by clicking "Preview". Doing so would allow you to decide whether you wish to send your story right away or if you need to adjust anything in it.

In case you want to add more story items when your first story is processing, you can quickly do so by hitting "Add Story item" to open your camera roll and select the files that you want to post.

Stories are set to be public by default, but you can make them private and available only for your subscribers or followers by tapping on a green icon located right over your new story. The icon will then open the menu that will show two additional indicators, the purple one will change its' state to followers only and the red one will make sure that your story is available only for your subscribers.

You can also sort your story items to select the Subscriber-only (free + paid) (yellow), Follower-only (purple), Paid subscribers-only (red), or Public (green) stories using a selector located on top of your page or by clicking on the icon on the content.

Please note that Subscriber-only (free + paid) and Paid subscribers-only stories will only be available for your Fans who have purchased your subscription offer with a particular perk called Fancentro stories included in it. Make sure to enable it in your pricing plans before adding them.

Fancentro Vault

The Vault is your storage for all the content you have added to the platform. It will host not only all your photos and videos from the Feed on your Fancentro profile but also the content you sent in DMs, added to stories, or uploaded to clips. You can organize and re-use your content from the vault with any on-site feature to make content creation easier and increase audience engagement. On top of that, you can upload files from your device directly to Vault if you'd like.

Any content piece that you can find in your vault section can be re-used and sent as a message, posted as a story, made into a Feed post, or published as a clip as long as it is a 45+ second long video - we made this easy by including the Add to option that you will be able to find after selecting a specific content item from your uploads. Additionally, content in uploads can be tagged for quick access and grouping to help you conserve time and get rid of needless browsing.

How is my info handled?

We care deeply for the safety and security of your data, so we implemented another layer of protection on your account - a Secret password for your payment details. It is worth mentioning that we do not keep the passwords anywhere and only approve changes made to them with additional security measures. This feature was designed and implemented by our team to keep your account and the funds you have earned even more secure.

To create a secret password, log in to your account, go to Payment Details and click the green "View & Edit" button:

Please note that a Secret password is NOT your regular password for logging in to your account, they should be different.

Then you will see this pop-up:

Feel free to click the ‘Forgot secret password’ button and read the notification on your screen.

What is the 2-week hold?

Each transaction on your account is subject to a two-week hold, during which the funds are temporarily deducted to cover possible refunds and chargebacks.

To check the status of your transactions, go to your Earnings. There, you will see an indicator under the NET amount that displays whether the transaction is on hold or cleared.

In the payout, we include all transactions made 2 weeks prior to the payout day. For instance, all transactions made between September 6th and September 12th will be included in the September 27th payout.

Refund - is a procedure of returning money to subscribers initiated either by you or by our billing partner to prevent a chargeback.

Chargeback - procedure, INITIATED BY THE SUBSCRIBER, where their bank forcefully withdraws funds from your account. Chargebacks can not be reversed or stopped, once initiated, along with additional chargeback fees. Fancentro has your back here – we cover all the chargeback fees that are levied on you.

To secure yourself from possible financial losses it is essential to provide the service described in your bio. We've gathered a bunch of useful tips and information about chargeback prevention in an article that you can access by clicking the button below.

How do I promote my account?

There are several ways to promote your account and at the top of the list is the Fancentro Directory. The Directory is a list of our best creators, where Fans can find creators using different filters and tags.

If you're looking to boost traffic on your account, you can activate the Centro Profits program from the Promotion tab on your profile. CentroProfits is a platform for generating traffic that allows you and your profile to be promoted by top affiliates in the industry.
