There are many wonderful comments to write about this hotel, but most impressive was the staff. The managers, cleaning staff, were not only pleasant, informative and receptive with us, and with each other. It was very apparent they all respected each other and chipped in on whatever needed to be done. I witnessed the managers mopping and cleaning the lobby. Staff members greeted us, asked about our plans for the day and when we returned asked specifically about our day. The rooms were very clean. The only disappointment, pool area was closed and breakfast, although thoughtfully done, was grab and go.

Perfect place for our extended family to stay. The staff was graciously accommodating. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for everyone. I highly recommend booking direct with the hotel to avoid extra 3rd party fees and confusion.

We checked in on a busy Friday and we’re given a room with 1 king bed (we had 4 people on our reservation). Went back to the front desk to ask for the correct room we reserved and was told “Sorry, we don’t have any rooms to put you in because the hotel is full.” Still didn’t solve the problem my reservation is for 2 adults and 2 kids and that room only has 1 king bed.
Another guest was having an issue because her reservation was wrong, so we asked the hotel to switch our room assignments. We ended up in a room with 2 beds instead of the suite I had originally booked on the Radisson website. All other hotels in the area were sold out, so we decided to stay.
The room itself was kind of run down, unknown brown splatters on bathroom door frame (may have been rusty?). Children found an unknown blue pill on the floor as well as some legos.
When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told she only works midnight to 7 am, and the front desk opens at 5am. Woke up early to speak with the manager and was told it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it was RADISSON’s fault because they assigned us the wrong room assignment. Because it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, we would not get a discount on our reservation, and they could not move us to any other room. In fact, because we were in that room another guest that was supposed to check in that evening wouldn’t be able to because we had their room.
Saturday afternoon I went to the front desk to ask if any other rooms had opened up and was told no, the hotel was sold out. Then the front desk person asked ME if I would go upstairs and yell at the kids running around. My room and kids were on the first floor!
Even though the hotel was sold out, there was only ever one person at the front desk. Check-in was a nightmare.
We travel a lot, and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had in a hotel. Do not recommend.

I am sorry for your experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, the room that you originally booked was the room that you recieved at our hotel. When you came to the front desk, the clerk tried to accommodate your family by moving them into a double queen room with two beds. She thought that the rooms you were moved to would accomodate your family comfortably since we did not have any other rooms available. When you came to the front desk in the morning I did apologize, and explained there was nothing we could do, the hotel was sold out. I did offer to put rewards points in your account towards your stay to compensate for not being able to accommodate your request. There was no answer. The hotel is going through major renovations, starting next week. After the renovation, I am sure our hotel will exceed your expectations. Again I do apologize for the experience at the hotel.k

The Pool is not working. There are many different explanations as to why, but if you examine the history of these reviews, you'll see that it seems the hotel management has no plans to fix the pool anytime soon. Free breakfast was abysmal. There's a hotel manager working there named Karen who treated parents and children alike terribly and rudely, even during a team pizza party at 6:30 PM. Guests were made to sign a contract (with no previous warning) mandating that hockey bags stay in the car, parents not consume any alcohol at the hotel, and actually, a giant long list of requirements. We stayed here for a kids' hockey tournament, and while the location was convenient, the management and upkeep of the hotel made it a bummer of an experience.

When I checked into my room the bathroom was disgusting. Fingernails on the floor, the door was never wiped down, mirror was nasty, the floor inside my room was dirty too. I brought it up, emailed pictures to the front desk and they finally cleaned my room around 1:30 the next day. I also brought up that my room was over a compressor that kept going off all night long waking my 10 year old daughter and myself up all night long. I also brought this up to the manager and she said she couldn’t move my room because they were completely full which I understand but she said she would make it right for me. I assumed I would get some kind of credit for my 3 night stay or something but I got nothing as the charge for my room just came out of my account for the full amount! Ugh!! That is horrible customer service especially with Covid still being around! Do not recommend this hotel for team events.

There was hair on the bed, the floors were filthy my socks were black from walking on them, construction all day and workers outside my window, bathroom fan broken, lightbulbs out, hot tub was broken, and the manager was extremely unhelpful. My friends paid extra for the nicest room and were given the wrong room and told to knock on the other guests room and ask them to switch. That was the managers suggestion.

We stayed for one night at the end of our vacation before a long drive home. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Small pillows. Awkward location of toilet paper dispenser, need to reach way behind your back. Our room on the second floor was surrounded by people slamming their doors all night making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. We got up early to head home and found there was only decaf coffee available in the lobby so we had to go to a gas station for coffee before getting on the highway.

Prepaid for this room for 3 days while in the area. Bit mistake, as now I can not get a refund or any compensation for the pool and hot tub not being functional (after checking both the online description from the hotel website and the booking website I used). Had booked this hotel partly due to pool for my kids to use. Should have read these reviews first...looks like the pool has bene down for over a year now? Room was fine, but a bit dated. Lots of minor up keep things need to be addressed on the property making the common areas look run down. Many guests seem to "live" here? Doors propped open, garbage set in the hallway daily. People by the entrances smoking and hanging out at all hours. Woman on the one computer workstation in the lobby at the time with her stuff for the day spread out? Can hear even conversation in the hallway and from the neighboring rooms. Front desk staff was not helpful in resolving the pool issue and was told to speak to a manager (that was not here and only here limited hours....). Breakfast had a nice selection of to go options.

After very long days wanted to use the in room whirlpool tub but it din't work. The main door to the room won't close and lock without struggling with it to latch closed. didn't notice the first time I left the room and I came back to find the door open. Good thing nothing was missing.

Hello Carl, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us at the hotel. I do apologize for that. The room you did book was a king room originally. That rooms description was actually switched over from a whirlpool room to a king room because the part it needed was obsolete. Rather than replace the older property owners decided to relist it differently. I do apologize , the front desk team should have explained that the tub is now just a garden tub. This will be addressed again. Thank you for letting us know about the door. Maintenance has checked into that, and it is now working much better. Our hotel is beginning a major renovation soon. Most of the issues will be taken care of during the renovations. Again I do apologize.
