Scam Scam Scam

Please please please never use budgetair, they are a scam!!!!!!!!!
I paid for my flight tickets R24 000 and they emailed saying they'd give me a refund because there were no seats available however I'm yet to recieve a refund. I am fuming!!!!!
I am in contact with Fraud investigators however I'm worried I may never see that money.

More amount deducted from my accountaccount as…

More amount deducted from my account as foreign money exchange charge!! Its not acceptable i paid the AED which shows in your website. If it is in anywhere should be collect the same amount as discribed in your web portal.

so convenient for travellers

this is my first time in this site. initially I was adamant to continue. but seeing the positive reviews I tried and yes, the booking speed went well. so convenient, you just have to make sure what you are looking for to make the booking smoothly because there are a lot of choices. overall it is so convenient using this site. thank you.

Bad services

Since 1/5/2024 my booking was issued and charged duplicate by Budget Air. Manage to receive reply fm them after 13days that had cancel one of the booking and stated the refund will credit back to us back up to 5 business days. But as at today 4/6 still yet receive the refund. Keep emailing them and the reply only ask us to wait patiently as the airlines haven’t response. For my understanding I’m billed and charged by Budget Air not the main airlines. This is between Budget Air and the main airlines not customer as my payment is paid to BUDGET AIR. Please do the refund immediately

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT BUT....

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT JUST 2 LESS STAR BECAUSE PRICE JUMPED WHILE I WAS BOOKING AND AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT THEY CHARGED SOME UNKOWN FEES THAT THEY DON SHOW ON INVOICE. SOME SHADY TACTICS I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE WHAT I WAS CHARGED FOR.

FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD ALERT! I booked a flight with this company and the customer service just asked me to pay 350€ more before cancelling my non refundable flight. It's called extortion, I paid more than 1000€ and I don't have a ticket.

I have booked ticket for 1176cad.but i got charged 4 days after as 1204 cad..they are scaming people.no agent is replying as well..

2 yrs before my wife got wrong ticket details and missed flight on this site.mistakenly booked again

Dont use budget Air

Hi guy i am from uk. I request all over the world's travellers plz plz dont use budget Air they cheat with people and they lure you to buy the ticket though them. Secondly they will tell you they will give u a coupon in your future journey to use plz dont listen to them. I booked a ticket from London to kathmandu want to change the luggage but they said I have to book another ticket as they don't have any option to cancelled it they told me to buy another ticket and they gave me a coupon to use in future journey.They lied all the time specially the guy named is Protik (fraudy) and Aaron. They are from India 🇮🇳 plz viewers 🙏 dont use their agency to buy ticket. I am requesting travellers all over the world buy through traveller trolly and others agents as their service are excellent. I will never gonna use them again.

You show the customer a price that is not true and you deduct more than what we see on the screen. This is bad behavior and dishonesty.

This site IS LEGIT but you should only use it if you don't plan to make changes to your trip

I reserved a round trip to Mexico City for 7 days. I got exactly what I ordered. This site is great if you need cheap tickets with a very short notice.

HOWEVER, you should ONLY use this company if you are 10000000% sure that you're going to fly on the date(s) you choose. If you aren't sure, you're better off reserving with the airline directly and this is why I think this company has so many negative reviews. People are using this service for something it isn't.

SCAM AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give a zero star I would! I don't ever write reviews but I felt like I needed to warn anyone thinking about using this company. This company has no customer service and will keep your money. We had a problem with our first leg of our flight from Arizona to Californa. The plane had a mechanical failure so we had to wait for a different plane. It made us almost miss our international flight to Ireland. The only way to contact anyone is by email and it takes them days/weeks to get a response from anyone. How does this help anyone on travel day? After barely making our international flight (with ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT OR HELP from Budgetair! All because we ran through the airport to make our next flight and some nice people from Aer Lingus holding the plane for us). We finally made it to Ireland and get to the rental car counter and Ireland refused Budgetair's rental car reservation. We had to pay for a new reservation through the rental car place. After getting all the paperwork from Ireland to get a refund from Budgetair, they have since ghosted our emails and have kept the $500 we paid for the rental car. Thank goodness we made our flight because budgetair would've kept the entire $4000 trip cost. LEARN FROM US AND PAY THE TINY BIT EXTRA AND GO THROUGH A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR TRIP!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS WHEN ANYTHING GOES WRONG AND KNOWING THIS COMPANY WILL NOT BE THERE TO HELP! ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THE PROBLEMS WE FACED WERE ON US BUT WE WOULD HAVE PAID FOR ALL OF THEM BECAUSE THIS COMPANY DOESNT STAND BEHIND YOU. We travel frequently and I have never had a more stressful and exhausting trip all because of this company. I didnt listen to all the bad reviews before but I will never use them again and I really hope people read what others have been saying. It's not worth ruining your trip to save a couple dollars.

My airline flight reservation was smooth. I do not have a problem.

My airline flight reservation was smooth using the site. I do not have any problem along the way. I used to compare airline fares and I was happy because it serves as confirmation that the target flight fee is really that affordable. Everything is smooth considering this is my first travel to the United States to visit my one and only lovely sister and her family. I am so happy.

I booked tickets

I booked tickets. I, also, paid for the seat's selection. When the booking is confirmed, I found out, on the airline page, that no seats are reserved.
I did get back to the support and they acknowledge the incident but they say that they cannot refund the seat selection fee !!!!!

Scam by budgetair to lure additional money

My booking ID - BIN-8666976
I had originally booked and paid for 1st June 14:45 flight from Manglore for 6 people. But budgetair seems to have changed my flight to 7:50am without my confirmation.
I do not agree with the given change, I would request to allot me same flight. I had called today in Airline and they said that they are ready to accommodate my booking in 14:45 pm flight with no extra cost. For doing this they said that approval of Booking agent i.e BudgetAir is required but BudgetAir is asking us to pay additional cost.

I need the flight that I originally booked with BudgetAir for 14:45 Manglore to Mumbai - Air India without being wrongfully charged additional costs.

Problem solved ! Thanks

Still trying to contact in order to change my flight dates for more than 2 weeks.

Could not do that in my account at Budgetair. Could not do that bu via Chat either. System just did not give info at all.

Budget people responded yeterday thay sorry for inconvience and I should bu contacting them by Via Chat. But how can that be possible if the system is not working.

It was problem with comunication, but finally Budgetair personel took it over and changed my ticket. Thank you!
