Senior Finals are coming up Thursday & Friday, 5/30/24 & 5/31/24!
Senior Check-Out, Grad Cap Wrap, & Senior Sunset are all on Monday, 6/3/24! Seniors are required to attend ALL classes on Monday, 6/3/24! This will be their last FULL day of regular classes.
Grad Cap Wrap will take place right after school in Rm 230 on Monday, 6/3/24. See Ms. Carranza to sign up or CLICK HERE for the link!
Senior Sunset will take place following the Grad Cap Wrap, from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM on Monday, 6/3/24
Graduation Practices will take place on Tuesday, 6/4/24 & Wednesday, 6/5/24 at 8:45 AM in the Large Gym!
***BOTH Graduation Practices are MANDATORY. Any student that does not attend both practices will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony on Thursday, 6/6/24***
GRADUATION will be held on Thursday, 6/6/24 at 6:00 PM! Graduating Seniors are required to arrive to the Large Gym at 4:30 PM for Check-in
Items NOT permitted for participating Seniors at Graduation:
*Large Bags/Backpacks *Unprofessional Attire including Gang-Related/Drug-Affiliated Clothing (Backwoods, Cookies, etc) *Weapons of any kind *Sashes & Cords that are not AVHS-issued *Unapproved Decorated Caps *Altered Grad Gowns *Any other item that violates AVUHSD Board Policies/CA Education Codes
Attendees will be able to enter the Stadium at 5:00 PM - MUST have Ticket to Enter Stadium
