I have a number of Crowded House albums on CD and mp3 and this was my first vinyl purchase of this group. Two heavy, 180 gram vinyl records that sound amazing from start to end. These are beautiful recordings. I was blown away at how quiet the vinyl was between songs, but even more amazed at all the sounds I was hearing in songs I never heard on the CD's or mp3 versions. I just have nothing to say about this album than WOW and WOW!!! Great songs and great recording quality and this IS the very, very best. If you like Crowded House, and Neil Finn . . . you are going to love this one!!

This is just a sample of the quality of work by Crowded House. These songs are excellent, but the band has put out more than 100 songs of equivalent quality. I recommend getting all of these albums: Crowded House, Temple of Low Men, Woodface, Together Alone, Afterglow, Time on Earth, and Intriguer. Albums by the Finn Brothers are just as good: Finn and Everyone is Here. Equally good are albums where Neil Finn collaborates with others, including Seven Worlds Collide and Goin' Your Way. Also excellent are most Tim Finn albums, particularly The View is Worth the Climb, The Conversation, Before and After, Imaginary Kingdom, and Tim Finn.
