Are you talking about the mission from the burned guy or are you just doing the story missions?
Because I didn't get all of it until I finished both.

ah, I haven't advanced the story so I guess thats why, thanks...now the only other scav location I don't know how to reach is the one in the dunes, the one where there is a big dome and a gate I can't get through, it looks like there should be a road from the underdune, but no such luck on my first visit there.

Ran into the same issue in Gastown, thanks nikolay.
As for the Airport in the dunes, I ran up the wall (to the right) with nitro boost (on PS4) to get to all of the scrap in the Buzzards Hideout (before I guess I was supposed to... no enemies spawned)

can't find it too, i looked everywhere.

Likewise, missing 2 scrap and 1 relic in gastown. Have got teh flame, turned off the gas, but cannot find the missing items i need to finish this bit. Have done the story mission upto having to do a race (i carnt seem to beat the muthaf) and also teh side missions (that were available to me).

There is also a scrap location back in the dunes area (has 12 scrap) but for teh life of me i cannot find the way in. Map route says go down underground but thats wrong, going over surface leads to a dome that has no way in, what looks like an entrace is blocked.

There is I just did it last night. You have to go to the area where you looked for glory. There is a sandy hill that leads up to a door. look over that whole area again I found the last scrap i missed there.

Just got the last 2 scraps and relic in Gastown. After completing your first race and escaping afterwards (spoiler?) in the next mission you take from Hope, called Big Chief, she lets you in Stank Gums garage, that's one of the doors in the Underbelly, that was locked before. There you roam around a bit and can find the missing loot
