Lunae Minx was a purple-skinned Twi'lek that visited the Outlander Club on the planet Coruscant in 22 BBY. While stood at a table with the enslaved Twi'lek Ayy Vida and the conman Achk Med-Beq, Minx's attention was drawn to the Jedi Anakin Skywalker while he searched for the bounty hunter Zam Wesell.
Biography[]
Lunae Minx[2] was Twi'lek that visited[1] the Outlander Club in Uscru Entertainment District on the planet Coruscant[3] in 22 BBY.[4] While at the club, Minx stood at a table with fellow Twi'lek[1] Ayy Vida—who was enslaved by the crime lord Hat Lo[5]—and the human[1] Achk Med-Beq, a conman dressed as a member of the Republic Security Force.[3] After the Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Padawan Anakin Skywalker entered the club in search of the fleeing bounty hunter Zam Wesell, Skywalker passed by the Minx's table and gestured toward the trio stood there, drawing both Minx and Med-Beq's attetnion as he passed to continue the search.[1]
Lunae Minx was a patron of the Outlander Club.
Minx watched Skywalker again when he approached the table for a second time, shortly after which Wesell was cut down by Kenobi after attempting to attack him at the club's bar. With drinks in hand, Minx, Vida, and Med-Beq turned their attention to the incident with the rest of the club's patrons, causing Skywalker to dismiss their interest by declaring the event "Jedi business" before he and Kenobi dragged the wounded bounty hunter outside.[1]

Lunae Minx was portrayed by Katie Lucas.
Lunae Minx appeared in the 2002 prequel trilogy film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones[1] in which the character was portrayed by Katie Lucas, daughter of director George Lucas. After seeing pictures, Katie designed her costume for the film with the help of costume designer Trisha Biggar, wanting something slightly sexy to wear at the club. The makeup for the costume took almost six hours and included coloring all down the arms, with spots airbrushed onto the Twi'lek's lekku. To account for this, Katie's call time was three am, with make up taking till around seven and then shooting starting two hours after that[6] on Stage 3 at Fox Studios, Sydney on July 17, 2000.[7]
In the current Star Wars canon, Minx's name was confirmed by[2] Lucasfilm Story Group member[8] Pablo Hidalgo on Twitter on January 27, 2022.[2] The name originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first used in the StarWars.com Databank in entries for Vida and Med-Beq in 2002.[9][10] Minx was also at one point known by fans as "Nabrina Smoo."[11]
