What To Expect

You get what you pay for

It's a 17 dollar tour. Not great and not terrible. There are probably 300 people on the boat with you. Some outdoor roof seating and some covered internal seating. The "tour" played on the boat speaker is a series of landmarks that were simply pointed out, spoken in French, English, and Spanish. If you download the audio tour on your phone it has 12 stops with a 1-1.5 minute description. You just show up when you feel like and get in line, so you could be unlucky and show up when a bunch of other people do and have to wait quite a while. Overall it was a fun experience if you set your expectations.

A very nice relaxed experience. We sat up top and had a great view of everything. Note chairs are more comfortable inside, as outside is just a bench. the boat offers you a QR code to scan for an audio companion or you can just listen to the occasional broadcasts from the boat about points of interest. For us it was a value to sit a while as we’ve been walking non stop. Boat was clean and had rest rooms aboard. Easy to use digital tickets that scan right off your phone.

The Seine River cruise was enjoyable. However, we had to wait 45 minutes in line in order to take it. Purchasing ahead of time isn't much help.

Couldn’t make it, because of 2 hour queue, don’t recommend it at all. Maybe in a cruise with dinner your spot will be reserved. Otherwise don’t recommend a regular boat tour.

We booked online expecting to be able to get on a boat pretty quickly. When we arrived the que was all the way to the bridge. Looked like 2 hour wait with small kids was not going to work. Couldn't go on the boat and no way to get your money back. Better if not buying online but seeing what the que is like.

Nice tour.....well organized. We checked in at the visitors booth 30 minutes early and they guided us to the line for the boat. They scanned our confirmation from Viator and went upstairs on boat to select our seat. Tour was 1 hour long but that was enough to see all of the sights on the river. I was expecting to receive ear phones and an English speaking recorder but everything is handled via an app on your cell phone. The trip was worth it as you get to see some of the major building of Paris from a nice view.

Great way to view Paris, on this 1 hour long cruise along the Seine. Choice of seating upstairs on the open top (better panoramic views), or downstairs. Toilets and vending machines onboard. The live commentary was pretty basic, unless you wished to listen to the complete tour on your smart phone (by scanning the QR code), as the handheld multilingual devices were not in use. Would recommend.

We took the boat tour to catch the Eiffel Tower at night, which we greatly enjoyed. The boat tour is a fun experience to see some of the major sights from the Seine. Also fun for the kids, my 11 year old daughter really enjoyed it.

Pleasant hour long boat ride. Up one side and down the other. Not much audible commentary. They told us about an audio guide site but none of us could download. Maybe if it was provided ahead if time when we were some place with wifi?
