I am a fully qualified Integrative Counselor, Executive Function Coach and Reiki Practitioner. I offer individual and couples therapy. The essence of my work is facilitaing self-growth, helping identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, helping to overcome them with confidence. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor. Person-centred means the therapeutic process is centred around you. I offer a private space, without fear of judgement or expectations - which are perfect conditions to work together to get what you want from counselling. My sessions are purposely laid back, where you and I are both free to be ourselves in this space. I offer a discount to counselling/psychotherapy students who need sessions for their studies.

People often find counselling useful when they are struggling to make sense of difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences they are encountering. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space in which an individual can explore their life in their own personal way, as a means of finding deeper understanding; balance and to strengthen their resolve. Whilst being a counsellor I have experience working within the Ministry Of Justice for 17+ years delivering Therapeutic Groups for both men and women who have entered the Criminal Justice System.

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist which means I am qualified and experienced in working with a range of strategies, techniques and modalities, depending on your specific needs. The therapeutic relationship we will share is central to the work we will do together in order to help you explore and resolve your issues.

I work with clients presenting with a broad range of issues including bereavement, trauma, abuse, trauma, self-esteem, depression, relationships, stress, bereavement, health-related problems and work issues.
