She made sure to keep us informed about anything that might have raised red flags based on her experiences as an agent, and as a local resident. She was also beyond patient with us as we searched for the right home for many months. When we finally found our ideal home, she worked with us to get an offer made quickly that stood up against competing offers. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

    Brett was wonderful to work with. She was available for showings whenever I asked her to. She knew about neighborhood characteristics and comparative prices in the neighborhood. Brett looked at things in the homes and pointed out good and potential issues that I didn’t think about. She knows about paperwork and rules and laws right away. Brett is kind and respectful to and about others. I hope to use Brett again in the very near future to sell my old home. I would recommend Brett to anyone looking for a realtor.
