Overall Travis HS was a great experience! I had the opportunity to take many rigorous classes, the academies mean there are lots of people of diverse backgrounds and interests on campus. The culture on campus is very kind and supportive even in the more competitive spaces. Everyone wants each other to do well. The things I would change about the school is that the counselors/admin can be very unhelpful at times. I got incredibly lucky and my counselor (Packjoe if I spelled that right) was amazing but I have heard horror stories. Overall, the teachers really want you to succeed and will usually go out of their way to help you out if you ask for it. My favorites were Mr. Householder, Mrs. Cain, Sr. Barocio, and last but not least Mr. Dubose. There were many other great ones and I can really only think of one I had a horrible experience with but she no longer works at Travis. If you're coming here, you're really all set!
Travis High School provided a comprehensive education that fosters personal growth and prepares Us students for our future success. The rigorous academic curriculum cultivates resilience and a strong work ethic, while the diverse extracurricular activities promote leadership skills and collaboration. I was truly able to view the world through the wide range of cultural inclusivity shown by the students.
Additionally, the inclusive and supportive environment encourages major social development. Which later helped me navigate complex social situations, and build meaningful relationships within the school and into my personal life.
Overall, Travis High School offers a well-rounded education that equips students with the necessary skills and qualities to excel academically and personally.

I'm currently a senior at Travis high school its a great school full with diversity and lots of different cultures and lots of different clubs for students to enjoy. The downside of attending Travis is the school sprit the school lacks of it and the guidance counselors don't really help the students get the help they need also i feel like the school should do a lot more fundraisers to help support the school and students. overall the school is great i love the teachers, well some of them but I'm glad to have experienced a school like Travis.
