Our waterfront 4 bedroom property features unobstructed lake views, a view of an infinite horizon featuring breathtaking sunsets, kayaks, a fire pit, BBQ, and an all-season hot tub. Whether it’s staying in and enjoying a movie, relaxing on our private beach, or exploring the nearby Darlington conservation areas, our home will provide you with everything you need for the perfect urban getaway!

The space
You will have access to our entire 4 bedroom home which can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking homemade meals to enjoy, and for those who wish to take advantage of the outdoors, with a BBQ available for use. The home features High-Speed wifi and two Smart TVs. Beds include 1 large-sized bed with smart TV in the Master Bedroom, 2 Queen sized beds, and 1 Double

Guest access
You have access to the entire house and will have smart lock access to enter the home. There are a total of 5 parking spots available located at the front of the property for your exclusive use.

Note there are neighbors and the adjacent beachfront areas of each neighbor are not fenced - may see the neighbors next door during your stay.

The marina is less than a 10-minute walk away, along with Port Darlington Beach, which is only steps away.

Other things to note
Please read all rules before booking:

1. No parties, events, or loud music after 10 pm. Please respect our home and our neighbors, along with the requested quiet hours.
2. No trespassing on adjacent properties/beachfront
3. No extra guests outside of the initial booking reservation are allowed on the Property without the consent of the Host. Host reserves the right to immediate cancellation without refund/additional fee if the number of Guests on the property exceeds the original booking.
4. Please do not move furniture or leave items unattended in the water/backyard
5. No Lifeguard on duty- Please be cautious when participating in any water activities, it is recommended guests bring their own life jackets.
6. If you are planning to bring your pet, please make sure you disclose to the host while booking and pay pet fees accordingly. In the case a pet is on premises without disclosure, the Host reserves the right to immediate cancelation of the booking without refund/additional fees
7. No shoes worn indoors
8. No unsafe starting of fires: must be 10 feet from any building structures, trees, fences, or other obstructions. Firewood not provided
