The Sandlot came out in 1993? You're killing me, Smalls!

It's hard to believe that it's been decades since the beloved coming-of-age baseball classic stepped up to the plate — but some of its stars have hardly aged a day. Find s'more out about what the members of the team have been up to over the years.

Tom Guiry as Scotty Smalls

Guiry made his big-screen debut as the film's greenest ball player, Scotty Smalls. He's had small roles in TV and film, including Lassie (1994), Black Hawk Down (2001), Mystic River (2003), The Revenant (2015), Brawl in Cell Block 99 (2017) and Wonder Wheel (2017).

Currently residing in Trenton, N.J., he balances work and family and acts when he can. "I have three kids and I work overnight at a Whole Foods," Guiry told PEOPLE in 2018. "If I'm lucky enough to act I still act."

Mike Vitar as Benjamin "Benny" "The Jet" Franklin Rodriguez

Vitar played the film's super slugger, Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez, and continued acting for several years. After Sandlot, Vitar appeared in the two Mighty Ducks sequels, D2: The Mighty Ducks (1994) and D3: The Mighty Ducks (1996).

His final acting role in a 1997 episode of Chicago Hope inspired him to become a firefighter in Los Angeles.

Patrick Renna as Hamilton "Ham" Porter

Although his wisecracking Ham was Renna's first major movie role, the actor has worked steadily since Sandlot's 1993 premiere, popping up in dozens of films and TV series (CSI, Bones, The Closer).

He also celebrated becoming a father in 2018. "I'm a little behind some of these guys [his Sandlot castmates] but I'm an actor. I'm on GLOW, did a couple episodes of the second season. I like to let them get good and jump on the bandwagon," he joked. Renna is active on social media, and in 2021 he posted a photo recreating his famous "called shot" scene from The Sandlot. In 2022, he shared an adorable photo of himself with his son Flynn at a kids' baseball game, captioning it, "Just call me coach."

Chauncey Leopardi as Michael "Squints" Palledorous

After his scene-stealing role as sneaky pool Lothario Squints, Leopardi continued acting in film and on TV, with recurring roles on Freaks and Geeks and Gilmore Girls. He also reprised his role as an older Squints in the 2007 direct-to-video threequel The Sandlot: Heading Home (he was the only cast member of the original film to appear in it).

Since that cameo, he has spent most of his time working outside Hollywood. "I have a family as well," he told PEOPLE in 2018. "I spend most of my time being a dad and a husband, a business owner, just working hard doing my thing." In 2019, he appeared in the music video for the song "Homicide" by Logic featuring Eminem.

Marty York as Alan "Yeah-Yeah" McClennan

York juggles occasional acting gigs (Boy Meets World, Hey Arnold!, The Eric Andre Show) but primarily focuses on his fitness. "I personal train on the side and I still do acting," he told PEOPLE in 2018. "I did an episode of the Golden Globe-nominated show SMILF [in 2017]."

In 2021, York appeared in a documentary short about his life and spoke about surviving a life-changing car accident.

Brandon Quintin Adams as Kenny DeNunez

Adams was a prolific child actor well before Sandlot. He appeared in Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, several seasons of A Different World and The Mighty Ducks (1992). After the release of The Sandlot, he appeared in episodes of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Boy Meets World, Moesha and Sister, Sister and also branched out into voice acting for a couple of video games and as the narrator of the 2021 film The Resort.

He's also a family man and told PEOPLE in 2018, "I'm still acting and am a dad forever," he said.

Grant Gelt as Bertram Grover Weeks

After The Sandlot, Gelt made only a few more on-screen appearances in shows like Saved by the Bell: The New Class, Empty Nest and Boy Meets World.

Gelt stepped away from acting in the late-'90s and in 2018 he told PEOPLE that he lives and works in Nashville. "I do business development and run a creative agency for a tech company," he shared.

Victor DiMattia as Timmy Timmons

DiMattia worked steadily as a child actor and, after The Sandlot, he booked small roles in dozens of TV shows (Punky Brewster, Designing Women, Married… with Children), including starring in the first season of the CBS series A Peaceable Kingdom.

After a lengthy hiatus, he returned to acting in the 2018 independent film Get Married or Die. From 2017 to 2019, he hosted the podcast Vic in a Box.

Shane Obedzinski as Tommy "Repeat" Timmons

Before The Sandlot, Obedzinski appeared in the movies My Girl (1991) and Matinee (1993) but transitioned away from acting shortly after the release of the movie.

In 2018, he told PEOPLE that he lives and works in Florida. "I own a restaurant in Tampa, Florida, [Times Square Pizza Company,] and am trying to do [acting] stuff on the side while I can," he said.
