Established in 1998, to enhance collaborative activity between Further Education (FE) Colleges in Lancashire, we are a not for profit company limited by guarantee.
Our activities are overseen by a Board of Directors comprising the Principal and Chief Executive of each member college, supported by a small executive team. Member colleges include General Further Education Colleges, Sixth Form Colleges and a specialist land-based, science, engineering and sports college, reflecting the diversity of the college sector as a whole.

Multiply
Multiply offers adults who do not already have a GCSE grade C/4 or higher in Maths or equivalent, and need to improve their numeracy, free flexible courses that fit around their lives.

Local Skills Improvement Fund
TLC has been awarded £4.5m Local Skills Improvement Funding by the Department for Education (DfE) to enable Lancashire’s colleges to build new training facilities, providing students with the opportunity to learn on the very latest technology and develop skills needed for successful careers.

The Lancashire Colleges are hosting a programme of sub-regional Skills Competitions to provide our students with experiences that build confidence and motivate them to strive for success at college and in their chosen careers.

Skills Development Fund
