Mindy Kaling Stuns in a Beige Architectural Wonder of a Dress by Gaurav Gupta on the 2024 Met Gala Red Carpet

Mindy Kaling has once again done the most/best at the Met Gala, showing up for the 2024 red carpet in a gorgeous architectural gown by Gaurav Gupta. The way I want to wear this literally anywhere!

Mindy has gone in a range of directions at the Met Gala over the years—from blonde hair and sparkling gold in 2019, to her sleek shimmering Jonathan Simkhai gown in 2023.

“I’m always impressed with people who have a very defined look," Mindy told The Hollywood Reporter of her relationship to style back in 2019.

"My friend Allison Williams has a very ladylike look. Penelope Cruz and Priyanka [Chopra] also have defined looks that I love. But, for me, I think I like too many different things and trends. I’ll see someone wearing Helmut Lang and it’s all blacks and grays and I’m like, ‘Oh, that’s how I want to dress.’ And then today, I’m wearing sequins to a daytime lunch. And then I’m full Vegas sometimes. So I wish I had one consistent way of dressing. But I love trends too much. I have an obsession with fashion—all of it.”
