The Pity System[]

The Pity System was created to give players a higher chance of obtaining a Stand Skin based on how many arrows you have used, or how many times you have bought a reroll. After the v1.007 update, your pity saves after leaving the game.

  • Pity increases by 0.04% upon using an Arrow and other items that let you roll stand (Ribcage, Requiem Arrow, Green Baby, MiH Evolution, TWOH Evolution, etc. ).
  • Rolling stand for robux gives you 2x more chance of obtaining skin (for example, if you have 1.5% pity, you will have 3% of rolling skin for robux)
  • Max pity is 10%, and max pity for robux reroll is 20%.
  • Obtaining a skin resets your pity back to 1%.
  • Pity stacks with Lucky Arrow's 95% skin obtainment (5% pity = 100% skin obtainment from Lucky Arrow)
  • Pity does not affect skin rarity.
  • If you get a stand without any skins (Tusk Act 1/2/3), you will still gain pity toward getting a skin.
  • If you want to get high pity, rolling with ribcages instead of arrows can be a viable option. Due to Tusk Act 1 having no skins, you have a 80% chance (compared to an arrow's 100% chance) to get a skin. Since the stand roll is done before the skin roll, it lowers the liklihood of getting a skin you do not want and resetting your pity back to 0. Since ribs are more difficult to find however, this may not be viable if your luck is poor.
  • In the same vein, using ribs also allows you to evolve tusk act 1 to acts 2/3 enabling you to gain more pity with no chance of a skin.

Due to some events (Halloween Event and Christmas Event), the chances of getting skins are doubled. This is not visually represented in the pity percentage however.

As of a recent update, you can now roll a skin for 799 robux, with a guaranteed chance of getting a skin (100%). Don't worry about your pity when skin rolling, it does not reset (tested Early September 2022).

NOTE: ROLLING A SKIN WILL REMOVE YOUR CURRENT STAND AND GIVE YOU A SKIN FROM A RANDOM ARROW STAND. THIS WILL NOT MAKE YOUR CURRENT STAND SHINY.

Limited Skins[]

Limited stand skins are specific stand skins that were only obtainable during a certain event or time period and later become unobtainable. So far, there are 18 limited skins across three events, being Halloween 2021, Christmas 2021, Halloween 2022, and Christmas 2022. They usually have a much higher value and demand compared to their non-limited counterparts.

Halloween skins were available on the Halloween event from October 16th, 2021, to November 7th, 2021. The skins returned in the 2022 Halloween running from October 16th, 2022, to November 7th, 2022, and are likely to return as seasonal skins every year.

Skin Collections[]

In these collections, skin rarities are marked by stars:

  • Legendary ✩✩✩✩
  • Epic ✩✩✩
  • Uncommon ✩✩
  • Common ✩

Skin Rarities[]

In update v1.3 (released on the 5th of August 2022), Skin Rarities were added to all shiny stands in game. Skin rarities affect the different rates at which shinies are obtainable, similarly to Cosmetics. The rates are:

Common - 60%

Uncommon - 30%

Epic - 8%

Legendary - 2%

You are more likely to get a common shiny instead of a legendary shiny, unlike how previously all shinies had the same chance of being obtained. For example, if you were to roll Star Platinum from an arrow, and the game decides that you're getting a shiny this time, it does a random chance roll to see if you get a common, uncommon, epic, or legendary shiny. You're more likely to get Charmy Green or Action Figure Platinum instead of Star Waifu or Gear 4 Luffy, because the former shinies are Common and the latter are Uncommon and Legendary respectively.

Trivia[]

  • As of October 24th 2022, the most expensive skin in YBA is TWOH's Mirage Of Phantoms skin. It will surely stay the most expensive for a long time since it's first limited TWOH skin.
  • Vinegar Crimson is a reference to the cover for volume 58 of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure where King Crimson is in a similar color palette as Blue Crimson.
  • Star Platinum (Stone Ocean) is a reference to Star Platinum's appearance within the Shuiesha colored version of Jojo as Star Platinum's appearance is consistent in all three parts that had Star Platinum show up in.
  • Crazy Ruby is based on a part of the anime adaption of Diamond is Unbreakable where Crazy Diamond is red.
  • White Tusk is based on Volume 22's cover of Steel Ball Run where Tusk is drawn as white.
  • Skeleton Queen is a reference to Killer Queen's first appearance in the anime adaptation of Diamond is Unbreakable where it has a skull for its head.
  • Retro The World is based on The World's appearance from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage For The Future, as well as the Stardust Crusaders OVA.
  • When using a Requiem arrow on stands with custom auras such as The World 2, the aura does not change at all, due to custom auras taking priority over the base aura.
  • All Anubis skins have a unique summon sound.
  • Wispy Chariot looks like a Chariot Requiem that didn't quite load properly or Chariot Requiem OVA from Stand Upright.
  • Linked Anubis is an obvious reference to the Linked Sword gear on roblox, found here.
  • One Above All (Made in Heaven), Mr. Jukes Angels(Made in Heaven skin), Retro The World Over Heaven (The World Over Heaven), The Waifu Over Heaven(The World Over Heaven).
  • Tomb Crypt Tusk(Tusk Act 4), Light Bringer (The World Over Heaven)/The World Female v3 (The World Over Heaven), and Mr Jukes Angels (Made in Heaven) are the most difficult obtainable skins in the game right now.
  • Retro The World: Over Heaven is a reference to fellow "JoJo-oriented" Roblox game, A Bizarre Day.
  • Nonosama Bo is a reference to the weapon of the same name wielded by Enel from One Piece.
  • There was a skin for The World: Alternate Universe which was just a more manga accurate version of the stand's design. It would later be replaced and become the new model for The World: Alternate Universe. The skin was replaced with Cracked World.
  • Magellan is a reference to the character of the same name from One Piece.
  • Shadow The World has an effect where it does not appear to be doing anything during Kick Barrage due to its lack of legs.
  • Deimos Crimson and Deimos Queen are a reference to a NewGrounds artist, whose account can be found here.
  • The Nerf Gun is an obvious reference to Hasbro's line of toy guns, Nerf.
  • The skins Creeper Queen, Charged Creeper, and King Of The End (Ender King Crimson) are references to the hit Sandbox game, Minecraft. (Surprisingly, YBA is not actually the first game to include Ender Crimson and Creeper Queen).
  • Many of Anubis' skins are references to various pieces of (usually Japanese) media, such as Attack On Titan, with the only exception being Linked Sword, which is based on Roblox's Linked Sword gear.
  • Gear 4 Luffy is a reference to Luffy’s new transformation in his battle against Charlotte Katakuri in Chapter 895/Episode 870 of One Piece.
  • Chromo The Hand has a special effect where the eraser swipe isn't seen when you use the moves.
  • The only Stands that have a genderbent skin are The World, The World Over Heaven, King Crimson, D4C, The Hand, Star Platinum, Star Platinum: The World, The World Alternate Universe, Aerosmith and Crazy Diamond. RHCP's skin, Mikoto Misaka, Killer Queen's skin, Megumin, and Crazy Diamond's skins, Elizabeth Liones, Tsunade and Sakara are not R63 skins, since they are based on a character and not a genderbent version of the Stand itself.
  • Ghostface SCR is based on the eleven masked killers from the Scream franchise.
  • Pumpkin Patch is most likely based off Jack-O-Platinum, due to the father-daughter relationship of Jotaro and Jolyne in the series.
  • Nexus Crimson is based off the ROBLOX YouTuber NexusOrange, whose channel can be found here.
  • Spirit Bomb is based on Trunk's Sword of Hope from the Dragon Ball franchise.
  • Ms. Aerosmith was most likely created as a joke 'genderbent' skin.
  • With pity saving introduced, getting TWOH and MiH skins is now significantly easier.
  • To get max pity, you would have to use 200 arrows or purchase 200 rerolls. To get max pity with robux, that will cost 19,800 robux. With how many shinies there currently are in game, it is unlikely to take you that long to get one.
  • The skin The World: Ultimate is a reference to the light novel Jorge Joestar where Kars the ultimate life form can create copies of stands with enhanced abilities. For example The World: Ultimate can stop time for up to 1 hour. The skin itself only loosely resembles its counterpart, however.
  • This is also true for One Above All, which is a reference to Made in Heaven Ultimate Requiem from the same novel.
  • The Star Striped Eagle skin is most likely a reference to the stand known as Star-Spangled Banner in Project JoJo.
  • Female the world version 1 is now unobtainable and is thus currently the first confirmed true unobtainable skin as it was replaced with Female the world version 2 an updated more detailed design
  • Due to a bug the skins Festive Free, King Krampus and Killer Queen: Bites The Ice, weren't added at the same time as the others skins in the 2022 christmas event
  • You can use bat re-skins as a pluck weapon
