There are a lot of things I love about this book! I would absolutely love for the author to write another one that expands on this one. First and foremost, the recipes are easy to make and very tasty! Many recipes have just 5-7 ingredients (not 15!), and I can find them at my local grocery instead of driving all over town - which I won't do. I love the tips included for substitutions and there are lots of great pictures. The detail about calorie content and other nutrients, as well as serving suggestions is super helpful. I like that the ingredients for many recipes only use half a fruit or veggie that can then be used in the same dish or another dish during the same week. I find I don't have ingredients going stale because they are only used for one recipe.
