Jeff Burrows

Jeffrey John Burrows, born on August 19, 1968, is a renowned drummer and percussionist known for his contributions to the Canadian rock bands Crash Karma and The Tea Party.

Burrows embarked on his musical journey at the age of eleven, honing his drumming skills over the years. His professional career began in 1990 when he teamed up with childhood friends Jeff Martin and Stuart Chatwood to establish The Tea Party, a venture that marked the onset of his significant impact on the music scene.

Drawing inspiration from an eclectic mix of influences, Burrows' drumming style bears the imprint of jazz luminaries such as Buddy Rich, Gene Krupa, and Max Roach. Additionally, he finds inspiration in the works of rock legends like Neil Peart and Stewart Copeland, infusing his performances with a unique blend of rhythmic complexity and dynamic flair.
