"I am a sick man..."

Full of self-loathing, an underground man leaves a video message every day. He talks about his own flaws and the flaws of modern society. Things go wrong at a dinner with friends and colleagues. The underground man clashes with the outside world and the man only makes things worse. He flees to a brothel.
