Guest Service in multiple locations at the Disneyland Resort

There are various parking locations at the theme parks and hotels of the Disneyland Resort, as well as the Downtown Disney District.

Theme Park Parking

The Disneyland Resort offers convenient parking for Guests of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

License Plate Recognition Technology
Automatic license plate readers may be in use at select parking locations.

Available Parking Locations
As you approach the Disneyland Resort, follow signs to one of the parking facilities listed below. All 3 locations are close to both of our theme parks.

  • Mickey & Friends Parking Structure
  • Pixar Pals Parking Structure
  • Toy Story Parking Area

Daily Parking Rates

  • $35 per car or motorcycle - Purchase now
  • $40 per oversized vehicle, motor home or tractor (without trailer) – Toy Story Parking Area only
  • $45 per bus or tractor (with extended trailer) – at the Toy Story Parking Area only

Preferred Parking
Do you want to be closer to elevators and escalators? You may opt to park in designated Preferred Parking spaces—available at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure and Toy Story Parking Area. Upon arrival, Guests can purchase Preferred Parking and a Cast Member will direct you to the appropriate parking spot.

If you've already purchased parking, simply pay the difference for that day's upgrade to Preferred Parking at any parking facility toll booth.

The number of Preferred Parking spaces is limited and subject to availability.

Operating Hours
Parking locations for the theme parks open 60 minutes prior to the earliest standard Disneyland Resort theme park opening time. Plan to arrive at the Disneyland Resort at park opening time.

Car Locator
Car locator is a complimentary feature in the Disneyland mobile app. It uses Location Services to find and save your parking details at select parking locations of the Disneyland Resort.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
A limited number of ChargePoint charging ports can be found in the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure and Toy Story Parking Area. To use a port, you’ll need to scan a ChargePoint card. Just ask a Cast Member for assistance if you need directions to a charging port.

The ChargePoint website is not controlled by disneyland.com. Different terms of use and a separate privacy policy will apply.

Resort Tram Service
Tram service at the Disneyland Resort provides Guest transportation from the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking structures to the Main Entrance Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Theme Park Disabled Parking

Parking for Guests with disabilities is available throughout the Disneyland Resort, including the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals Parking Structures and the Toy Story Parking Area. A valid disabled parking placard or license plate is required.

Guests should follow directional signage or inquire at the toll plazas for parking options. Standard parking rates apply at all parking lots.

If a designated disabled parking space is not available, a parking Cast Member will direct you to an available parking option closest to an elevator at the parking structures or to bus transportation at the Toy Story Parking Area. If you have specific parking needs (e.g. additional space to lower a wheelchair ramp or lift) please notify a parking Cast Member for assistance.

At the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking structures, tram service provides Guests transportation to the Main Entrance Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park

Guests with mobility devices may also use Shuttle Service transportation to the Main Entrance Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park from Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking structure.

At the Toy Story Parking area, buses provide Guest transportation to the Main Entrance Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure park. Buses can accommodate most mobility devices.

Wheelchair, stroller and ECV rentals will be available to the right of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance.

Wheelchair and ECV Accessibility on Disneyland Resort Transportation
For all Disneyland Resort transportation options, wheelchairs and ECVs must fit without being forced on lifts, ramps and in designated wheelchair spaces. Once in the vehicle, wheelchairs and ECVs must be able to be securely fastened via restraints.

Oversized wheelchairs, ECVs and scooters may be too large for some transportation.

Recreational and Oversized Vehicle Parking

Parking for recreational and oversized vehicles is available at the Toy Story Parking Area. Follow signs to available entrances from South Harbor Boulevard, West Katella Avenue and South Haster Street.

Parking at any other location designated for the theme parks, hotels or Downtown Disney District is not permitted. Accommodations for overnight parking are not available.

Downtown Disney District Parking

Location
Downtown Disney District Parking is at the Simba Lot, located off of Disneyland Drive, between West Katella Avenue and Pixar Place Hotel.

The first hour of parking costs $10. Validations apply after the first hour of paid parking. 

Enjoy an additional 3 hours of same-day parking with a $20-minimum purchase and validation from any Downtown Disney location—or up to 5 additional hours of same-day parking with validation from any Downtown Disney table-service restaurant.

Beyond these validations, each additional hour costs $14, charged in 30-minute increments, with a minimum $7. The maximum daily parking and lost ticket fee is $66. Parking is subject to capacity. 

Please note that restaurants and lounges within Disneyland Resort hotels do not validate for Downtown Disney District parking areas. 

Downtown Disney Disabled Parking
Guests with valid disabled parking placards or license plates may park in any available disabled-marked space—subject to space availability. Standard parking rates will apply.

Hotel Parking

For an additional fee, Disneyland Resort hotels offer self-parking for registered hotel Guests. Valet parking is available at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and the Disneyland Hotel. Simply follow the signs directly to your destination—hotel Guest parking is not permitted at parking locations designated for the theme parks or the Downtown Disney District. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.

Rates For Hotel Guests

  • Self-parking: $40 (plus tax) per night per vehicle
  • Valet parking: $70 (plus tax) per night per vehicle
  • Oversized vehicle parking: $45 (plus tax) per night per vehicle

Rates for Guests Visiting Select Restaurants at Hotels of the Disneyland Resort

  • Storytellers Cafe: 3 hours complimentary parking—your choice of valet or self-parking—with restaurant validation at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
  • Napa Rose: 5 hours complimentary parking—your choice of valet or self-parking—with restaurant validation at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
  • Goofy's Kitchen: 3 hours complimentary parking—your choice of valet or self-parking—with restaurant validation at Disneyland Hotel
  • Tenaya Stone Spa: 5 hours included parking—your choice of valet or self-parking—at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa when you spend $125 or more at Tenaya Stone Spa; receipts cannot be combined to meet the minimum requirement.

Daily Standard Rates

  • Self-parking: $40 per vehicle for the first hour plus $10 for each additional hour, with a maximum rate of $80
  • Valet parking: $70 per vehicle for the first hour plus $10 for each additional hour, with a maximum rate of $140
  • Oversized vehicle parking: $45 per vehicle for the first hour plus $10 for each additional hour, with a maximum rate of $85

Parking availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Not all table-service restaurants provide parking validation.

Parking for Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park and the Downtown Disney District is not permitted at hotel parking locations.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
ChargePoint charging ports are located in the Fantasy self-parking lot of the Disneyland Hotel and on the ground floor of the Pixar Place Hotel self-parking structure. To use a port, you’ll need to scan a ChargePoint card.

At Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Guests with electric vehicles may ask a valet attendant about charging port availability. Valet charges apply. If you choose to self-park, you may use the charging ports at the Pixar Place Hotel self-parking structure, based on availability.

Hotel Disabled Parking
Guests with valid disabled parking placards or license plates may park in any available disabled-marked space—subject to space availability. Standard parking rates will apply.

Guest Pickup and Drop-Off Locations

Please use either of the following locations to pick up or drop off Guests visiting Disneyland Resort theme parks or the Downtown Disney District:

  • Downtown Disney District – Take Magic Way from Disneyland Drive, then turn left at Downtown Drive and follow signs to the drop-off area. Standard parking rates will apply after the 15-minute grace period.
  • Harbor Boulevard – Enter the drop-off area from the right southbound lane of South Harbor Boulevard between South Manchester Avenue and Disney Way.

These areas may also be used for taxi and rideshare service pickup or drop-off. Please note that while brief waiting is permitted, parking or unattended vehicles are not allowed in either area.
