The Annex at Granary Cottage is a modern, light and airy self contained annex with all mod cons. There is a contemporary shower suite, beautiful kitchen and comfortable living area with dining to match. A spacious outside area sits in a quiet yet convenient location.

We are located on Milford Road in the small village of Everton, 2 miles equidistant to Lymington and Milford-on-Sea. The local pub is less than 5 minutes walk and a fabulous post office sells all you might need in provisions.

The space
The Annex at Granary Cottage is suitable for 2 adults. The sofa bed can comfortably sleep 2 small children or 1 bigger child. Booking requests for 3 or more adults will be declined.

Please also check the map for a more detailed location of our property. We are often marked down for our location as we are not in Lymington town or Milford on Sea Village but our listing does clearly state this and the map shows this. If you would rather be walking distance to either of these places, unfortunately our property may not suit you.

Guest access
The road leading up to Granary Cottage is a private road so we ask you to please park on the drive rather than outside the property on the road.

The driveway entrance to Granary Cottage is a little tight, so if you have a larger car or are not feeling confident, please do talk to us, we are more than happy to swap parking spaces so that you have more room which will make parking easier. In addition there are no street lights, which doesn't help! We are always happy to accommodate, so please let us know.

As mentioned, there is a pub that is less than 10 minutes walk. At night, or in winter, you will likely need a torch (you will find one in the annex!) for your walk. Milford Road has no pavements. There is a wide grass verge but do be aware there are no pavements until you are nearer the pub. This hasn't caused any issues for guests previously but it is worth me mentioning it to you.

There is a bus service which is only a short walk away but unfortunately buses only run approximately every hour. Buses go to Lymington and in the other direction to Bournemouth.
