This is Rip Slyme's 7th album, preceded by the "Speed King" and "Nettaiya" singles, both of which appear here. A solid album, but it comes from high expectations, which this does not really live up to. The singles are good but they are a far way from their past work, as there is nothing like "Galaxy" or "Rauken Baby" here. Plus, there are only a handful of tracks, like "Fa-a-a-ar" or "NP" that really live up to their high standards. I suppose it's only natural as they are trying new things, and some of it works well - the slow-paced vocal showcase of "Tales", led by acoustic guitar, is great, although the bluesy "Zannen Boy" (which brings to mind their debut, Talkin' Cheap) isn't. "ING" makes a good 3rd single (despite that they completely sold it out to Sony), but the collaborations seem like empty attempts to score another hit, with "Evolution" sounding close to the mainstream hip-hop that I normally applaud these guys for avoiding.
