Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are crushing co-parenting.
The former couple reunited to throw their 18-year-old son, Deacon, a “homeschool graduation,” where they posed for family photos.
In the actor’s Instagram slideshow Thursday, the high school graduate held his diploma while standing in his backyard wearing an orange cap and gown.
Witherspoon, 46, rocked a polka dot dress, while her former “Cruel Intentions” co-star, 47, sported a black cap and gown of his own.
“i played principal,” Phillippe captioned the post to explain his attire.
The “I Know What You Did Last Summer” star shared a video as well, showing himself and friends Matt Sinn and Benjamin Massing shaking Deacon’s hand before the grad turned his cap’s tassel, walked around a swimming pool and threw his hat into it.
The footage concluded with Witherspoon leaning down to snag the cap from the water.
“Reese w the cap grab 😂,” Phillippe wrote.
Deacon called his father “the best dad” in the social media upload’s comments, while Justin Long wrote, “All three of you could be recent high school graduates! 🔥😍 #VampireFamilyVibes #Fampire.”
The proud parents were married from 1999 to 2007 and also share daughter Ava, 22. (Since their split, Witherspoon and Phillippe have separately gone on to welcome son Tennessee, 9, and daughter Kai, 10, with husband Jim Toth and ex Alexis Knapp, respectively.)
The exes have reconciled multiple times over the years, most recently sharing photos from Deacon’s birthday celebration.
“Happy 18th birthday to our gorgeous, smart, talented and caring son,” Phillippe captioned a black-and-white Instagram photo last October. “You are a true light in this world and are so loved by all who know you.
“We are lucky to be your mom and dad. Love you, pup,” he continued. “I’d say we did pretty good @reesewitherspoon.”
The “Shooter” alum also sent his son to prom in May, but Witherspoon did not appear in the Instagram Story photos he posted ahead of the school dance.
Instead, the “Big Little Lies” star uploaded her own event pic, writing, “Love this guy.”
