@BritishGas @MartinSLewis Is it legal that British Gas do not all customers to reduce their direct debit payments? I have submitted a complaint as my bill will be going credit £110+ from 1st June that will increase month on month over the summer & I am unable to adjust my payments.

@paullewismoney British Gas have got a bloody cheek, had a Smart Meter for 15yrs plus, until last year when they decided to upgrade software and managed to put the Gas meters offline and now unable to connect at all.
Seems the Customers and BG staff all know about problem.... Except the Boss

@BritishGas Please publicly acknowledge the issue with the app! You are causing people unnecessary stress and must be inundated with calls - why haven’t you updated your socials/website to advise you are aware of the issue???!!!! I was promised a call back from a manager yesterday-nothing?
