Upstate has been a great environment so far and can’t wait to go back for my sophomore year! I liked the people I met and the athletics. I would say the cafeteria could be improved, but I have already seen some positive changes being made!
I loved the classes offered for my major at USC Upstate. The professors are very engaging and their classes were very fun and exciting to be in. There are also many opportunities to meet with them to get to know them or go over things outside of class. There are also lots of opportunities to work on campus, and I worked in housing. The campus is very pretty, and it is encouraged that students be involved with the different organizations and events on campus. There is always something to do in Spartanburg, or if you want to drive to Greenville there is even more to do. With the apartments nearby, there is always a party or two happening as well. The campus is very safe, though.
I haven't officially started, I start my freshman year Fall of 2024 but so far the campus is very beautiful . I have went to a few parties and they are fun and a great way to interact with other people. The nursing program is great , I've researched on it and I love what I read.
