I remember and know Jimmy when he joined the sport of Archery in 2005 at the Targetcraft Archery Club originally located at the Macdiarmid Hall Wood Street in Corby. He was always happy and friendly and helpful especially when I would lose a arrow or two in the long grass, so he volunteered to keep the grass short at West Lodge Field Desborough. Weather at Archery, Or out and about in Corby Jimmy would always say hello or a beep of the horn of his council work truck with the caption "Are You Doing Your Bit?" Or one evening as he was leaving from visiting family or friends in my neighbourhood at the same time I was seeing off home my sister, nephews and niece Jimmy beeped his horn at me gave me a wave and said "see you at Archery Tuesday". I will always remember out chats it's such a shock this gentleman who I still call a friend is gone. So Goodbye and goodnight, Rest In Peace my friend until we can talk again one day
