My daughter had a gymnastics competition about 10 minutes from this location, so it was very convenient for our trip. The staff was very professional and friendly. The service they provided was great! This is a new hotel and you could absolutely tell. The lobby and rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was nice but the room had an issue. The drain was not working in the tub. When the employees clean these tubs they should make note of the tubs that are plugged. This is very bad when you are on a business trip and the plumbing does not work. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. Make sure you check all the areas when you are cleaning the rooms after the guests leave.

A great mini-vacation with the grandchildren! Very nice pool, clean and up-to-day equipment in the fitness room. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with many choices. Access to wi-fi, all important now for the kids! The staff were excellent. Will definitely go back!

This location beats all other Hamptons by far, have not seen one that clean in years. Greatly furnished and a very accomodating staff that will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Granted it is a brand new place but the daily cleaning was also ver thorough.

A friendly and helpful staff, a comfortable, clean and welcoming environment. Hotel a familiar Hampton Inn, Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great access to local shopping and easy access from highway. A great value, whether you are traveling on business or on vacation with your family. Breakfast has something for everyone - waffles, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal and fresh fruit.

This hotel is new and beautiful. Easy access right off freeway. Brand new decor and color scheme. Staff was so friendly - they went overboard making sure I had everything I needed and that all was well with my stay. It is clean, clean, clean! Bedding was luxurious, comforter like a cloud! You wont be sorry at all staying here!

This new Hampton Inn & Suites in Lansing Michigan is very comfortable and I enjoyed the spacious suite and the free breakfast. It has been open for about 8 months (they opened in August of last year as per the front desk staff). I liked the new layout of the room/suite. No complaints. It was a bit pricing but I think worth it.

Stayed at Hampton Inn Lansing West, MI. The hotel is beatiful, but customer service horrible. Hotel made up rules on the fly. Closed lobby at 6pm to guests and listened in on customers room conversations. We stayed there with a group hockey team. The kids were 8 to 10 years old and in bed by 10pm. The problem is the front desk staff wanted complete silence at 6 pm or whenever she was on the phone. So on our next night there were freshly printed signs stating that the lobby would close at 6pm, I guess they have the right to change the contract I signed in regards to quiet time. Hotel itself was very clean. If it wasn't for the current staff employed there I would stay there again. I guess I will never know how it turns out. I don't plan on going back to that hotel.

Great Room, clean and very premium for the price and quality you would expect in a much more upscale hotel. HIGHLY recommend this particular Hampton Inn. The hotel staff was very helpful. The elevator was much larger than previous Hampton Inns that I have stayed at.

New, modern and clean.....I was very impressed with the facility. It is located close to a shopping mall with a nice variety of restaurants close by. Hampton Inn's can vary quite a bit in the quality of the facilities but this one is a keeper!

We offer what is called a Park & Fly Rate. This is where we allow you to park your vehicle in our parking lot for the duration of your trip. Great question! You must be 21 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card in order to make a room reservation under your name and check in. You of course are more them welcome to bring guest with you of any age!

Our King studio rooms are 21' x 22' in overall size. We have rose on each floor including grind floor.
