Terrible reservations policy but Trang saved the day!

It was my wife's birthday. We were going to the Diana Ross Concert with reservations for 6:15 PM. We did not get seated until 7:00 PM. The seating people were trying but the Ruth's Chris Corporate Seating policy is BROKEN! They're like an airline that over books. CORPORATE RUTH'S YOU NEED TO GET THIS FIXED! Fortunately, our waitress Trang salvaged as much of the evening as possible. She got our food to us in record time but we didn't get to order Champagne and there was no time for birthday cake. Without Trang, however, there would have been no dinner at all. She's amazing!

Definitely not what I expected

Was not impressed for the price that you had to pay for the food there was no flavor to it very bland looked good The plating was ok but taste was bad. The service wasn't great either it took forever to get our salad and soup ask for lemons never received lemons they came out brought the wrong wine and then brought another wrong wine and found out they didn't have the wine that was requested which is fine I get that things are not always in stock but that's something the waitress should have looked into in the beginning instead of bringing us two wrong wine bottles and taking over 30 minutes to do it. And with that being said on their website it states no t-shirts seem like they would be a good dress code you go in and there's people and sweatshirts t-shirts regular jeans regular clothes so that's it off on a bad start as well when you come in dressed up expecting the restaurant to have a little romantic and class to it it's some of the reason why you pay a higher price. Definitely would not recommend this place for the price that you pay and definitely won't be going back.

True Aged Beef to Die For.

It's Ruth Chris, Need I say more? So, since I have to use a minimum of 100 characters This restaurant is hands down the best steak you'll ever have set before you -period- yes - period. romantic setting, waitstaff that know how to behave professionally. If you're unsure with the best wine to pair with whatever you're having they're spot on.

Slightly disappointed, but expected not 4 star.

Decided to stop by and eat some appetizers to get an idea on quality of dining. ordered stuffed mushrooms and au gratin’s. Stuffed mushrooms were typical, nothing special, perhaps a little oily and curious if crab was fresh cracked not canned. (Suspect canned) Au gratin’s were listed as diced but were more cubed than diced. The three cheese sauce was not balanced, had no depth. Would have been better with Gruyère cheese. The amount of pepper was a bit much and the cook on it seemed reheated. Not the worst Ive had, but definitely not to fine dining par.

Exceptional appetizers and entrees. The steaks are very, very good. The wine list offers the breadth and depth of quality and quantity. One of the best wine lists in Tulsa. The ambiance is also quite tasteful and you don’t have to go through the casino to get there.

All Ruth Chris are not the same!

I have been to many Ruth’s Chris Steakhouses and it’s definitely different at all of them! I know my favorites but maybe I’m being biased but it’s definitely true. It’s all about who prepares your meal (Chef) Still pretty consistent at all locations I have been to but some are better than others! This location I ordered the 11 ounce Filet M-Rare and it’s more on Medium side but with Filet it’s sometimes a little harder to get M-Rare in the Broiler ovens! Also I ordered the 16 ounce Ribeye and I get it Rare plus and it’s definitely better than the Filet itself cause it’s not as thick and to me it’s cooked really good! (Not the best) Sides I usually pass on cause I’m more of a meat kinda guy but what can go wrong on a baked potato? Well cold as where the butter doesn’t melt that’s why I just prefer meat!

Fine dining with a casual atmosphere.

My Date and I had dinner at Ruth Chris inside the Riverspirit casino last night. It was not my first time there, but my date had never been. We had a reservation, and while they have availability especially early in the week, I always make a reservation. We were promptly seated in a table by the window and had our drink requests taken. We ordered a Cook's Light & a Michelob Ultra. We were informed that they had no Michelob Ultra ans only 1 Coors light. Our server said something about distribution issues. Not sure about that, because the casino had plenty of both. Anyway to be fair, I'm sure they sell a lot more wine & mixed drinks than they do beer. We had the shrimp cocktail to start. 4 huge shrimp with a very good cocktail sauce was brought to our table. The shrimp were a littlame Chewy, but had great flavor, especiallya paired with cocktail sauce & lemon juice. A small baguette was served with butter before the meal, and while it too had good flavor, it was very hard. I managed to eat a piece of the bread, but my date was not. She had the course meal. Most items at Ruth Chris are Ala carte' but they has several course meals this evening. She had the petite filet & Lobster tail with a salad, asparagus, and cheese cake for dessert. I had the filet with baked potatoe and a Caesar salad. Both steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare and were excellent. Her Lobster tail was also very good. The side dishes shine as a cut above any I've had in even the finest restaurants. Service is always top notch with a knowledgeable server and staff. My date said the cheesecake was the best she ever had, served with a group of berries. She raved more about the desert than she did about the Lobster, and she loved it. Beyond a few minor hiccups, Ruth Chris remains one of Tulsa's go-to place for fine dining, with a casual atmosphere.

Great food extremely HIGH TAXES added at this location

Love RC steakhouse, not happy when saw food and beverage taxes of approx 25%. Was told due to this location is on the casino property. Be going to Flemings in future.

Great Steak House

When I go to Ruth Chris I usually get a steak. Their food is always excellent and the service is outstanding. I try to go once or twice per month.

Never disappoints!

This was a nice place for a date, and I believe the 5th Ruth's Chris we've been to. We ordered a fixed price menu and lamb chops, and a raspberry cosmo. Very good! They did get our order wrong, but they made it right.

Overcooked, undercooked, poor service. Wow. So surprised.

My medium rare order was barely medium with a solid char. The potatoes had multiple borderline raw cubes. And while I would have loved the opportunity to let staff know about my overcooked steak, they were barely around and never asked. So every aspect was a disappointment.

I was absolutely impressed with the food and service at this RC inside the Creek Casino. I’ve been to many of the RC’s around the country and many are older but this one had fabulous ambiance and decor, the food was excellent and the server was great. Highly recommend RC in Tulsa for your special occasion or visit.

Dustin, our waiter, was very professional and periodically kept us informed m. He created great conversation with his charisma and made the atmosphere much more enjoyable. He certainly deserves to be a candidate for a managerial position on the Ruth’s Chris staff!

Over priced steak house

This was the very first time I ate at a Ruth Chris and I must say I was very disappointed . My stuffed chicken was barely edible because they over stuffed it with way to much butter and cheese and it was to over powering. The portion size was small . My friend had shrimp and super small medallions which were very over priced. The atmosphere was great and so was the service but the portions and taste was very disappointing.
