Lisa Randolph (born 18 May 1976; age 48) is a writer and producer who worked as Co-Executive Producer on the latter half of the first season of Star Trek: Discovery. In addition, she wrote the episodes "The Wolf Inside" and "The War Without, The War Within".

In the late 1990s, Randolph started to work as assistant for writer and producer Tom Fontana and worked with him on his series Oz (1999-2002), Homicide: Life on the Street (1999), and The Beat (1999-2000) as well as on the television movies Homicide: The Movie (2000), Shot in the Heart (2001), and Judas (2004).

She then worked as script coordinator on the television series Queens Supreme (2003), 10-8: Officers on Duty (2003-2004, produced by Mel Efros), Desperate Housewives (2006-2007, starring Teri Hatcher and Brenda Strong), The Shield (2006-2007), Dollhouse (2009-2010, produced by Kelly A. Manners and Jane Espenson), and Hawthorne (2009-2010) and as story editor on Being Human (2012-2014, starring Sam Witwer).

As writer, Randolph wrote the television movie Baseball Wives (2002) along with Julie Martin and episodes of Gilmore Girls (2005), The Shield (2008), Hawthorne (2010), Being Human (2012-2014), Rush (2014, directed by David Straiton), and Reign (2015).

She also worked as co-producer on Rush (2014) and as producer on Reign (2015-2016) before she joined the crew of Star Trek: Discovery.
