Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg was the celebrity who earned the most in real estate profits in 2023, according to a study by the real estate website, Agent Advice.

According to the study, which analyzed more than 130 celebrity property purchases since January 2023, Wahlberg made $46.7 million in real estate profits from selling his 30,500-square-foot property in Beverley Park, Los Angeles, for $55 million. Wahlberg initially bought the land for $8.35 million in 2009. He also sold a townhouse he owned in Las Vegas' exclusive Summerlin neighborhood for $16.6 million in September 2023.

It's not the actor's first foray into real estate—the Hollywood star has amassed his wealth by buying and selling several multimillion-dollar properties over the years.
