Scholarship

Congratulations to Kaia (Year 12) who received a scholarship from the Goethe Institut- Neuseeland to participate in a German Immersion Weekend in Wellington, with all expenses paid for (flights, accommodation, meals, and activities). Twelve German language students nationwide have been selected to take part in this weekend (Friday 10 May - Sunday 12 May 2024). Kaia, who has studied German since Year 9 at Rutherford College, is looking forward to experiencing German culture, cuisine and language alongside like-minded students. Goethe-Institut Neuseeland scholarships aim to promote the German language and establish international connections.
