        I'm sure not experiencing the problems others seem to have here. Have had service with Metronet for about 8 years now and can't complain at all. 3 small rate increases over that time (Good luck getting that from Comcrap!!). Only outage was when their facility in Southern Indiana was damaged in a storm... and they credited for that! Now I'll admit, they could have a little more Grace when it comes to working with people having trouble paying their bills... but this is cable TV and not electric or utilities. I've witnessed the horrors that family and friends have experienced with the other providers, and I'll happily stay with Metronet!

        You cannot pay your bill in cash anymore because of a dishonest thieving worker who stole money.... that's very stupid as well as inconvenient for a lot of people
